I am not a 'sweets' person AT ALL, but these cookies could change the world!! It's like tasting love in every bite. The lemon... poppy blueberry cream cheese would be my favorite if I were forced to pick one, but to tell the truth, I'm not sure that's evenpossible. That apple pie cookie is like Grandma's at Thanksgiving. The pumpkin cake is the softest cookie you could ever imagineputting in your mouth. The hazelnut is spectacular as well. The cookie has finally been perfected. I swear y'all, I'm driving 2hours round trip to try the new flavors from now on. The only thing that I didn't like is that they want you to tip them forputting them in a box for you. They treated my wife with poor customer service. Also, they did not make my peanut butter nougat cookie correctly. Picture... below is 1/4 of the cookie made correctly. The bigger cookie is also what they gave us.. clearly looks different. They?re luckythat I wasn?t present at the time of the transaction as someone?s feelings, pride and ego would?ve been crushed ????? but sinceI wasn?t there, I just pray the peace and love of Jesus Christ over all the workers and managers. Omg, so good. This place is dangerous. If you're not careful you'll have downed half a box cookies before you know it. You... order on the tablet in store or the very easy to use app. Rewards are pretty good in the app too. The staff is super friendlyand happy to help as well. You have your basics like chocolate chip obviously. But they'll frequently change things up so youcan try something new. Would go everyday if I wouldn't gain fifty pounds doing so. Read more

Crumbl cookie has been all over social media and i thought it was so overrated until i actually tried it and was i surprised. i... love how they have new flavors each week but also bring back old flavors. it?s so much fun, and the cookies are amazing, theideas are so creative and so tasty. i give it a 10/10! The staff here is phenomenal. There was some wacko that was super angry about the staff not being able to label the cookies that... were already in the box, which i thought was really odd on the customers part since he could?ve just taken a picture of the menuto be able to distinguish the cookies. But the managers Amanda and Carly handled it with great professionalism and made surethat everyone was comfortable in the lobby. 10/10 experience. Very disappointed. The checkout process is completely automated at these locations. When my kids attempted to apply two gift... cards they had received, they didn't apply to our order and we were charged full price for our cookies. I asked nicely to havethe order refunded and recharged with our gift cards applied. I was informed by a CSR and manager that my request wasabsolutely impossible. No other solution was offered other than to "save the gift cards for next time". The employee thenturned around and would not interact further. Some are delicious and some meh - just okay! The week we went they had these delicious double chocolate chip cookies and peach... cobbler - both were extraordinary. I?m a cookie Connoisseur and these are some the best cookies I?ve ever had! The building, parking lot and everything is top tier... and nice. I got 4 big cookies in a cute pink box for just $10 which in my opinion they are worth more. You have to self orderwhich I love and you can order for curbside pick up. I?ll be back! Read more
