Staff was unprofessional. Playing around in the food serving area. At 7:30pm, was out of fajita vegetables, guacamole and chips.... Meats were dried out in warmer. Food area was not clean, messy. Server did greet upon entry, felt I had to force her to sayhello, she didn't seem to want to be there. This establishment has only been open since August 2022. It says location is open at 10:45. I arrived at 10:54 and workers tell me I have to wait 5 more mins because we're having a... meeting. I am standing outside the restaurant with 3 other customers. Like I do not have anything to do with the meeting. Themeeting shouldve started on time, very unprofessional for customers to wait outside while they're having a "meeeting". Visited 11/18 and ordered 2 bowls, I received one of the correct ones. The other one is the wrong one. How do you mix it up and... hand me the wrong bowl with no other current orders being prepared at the time. Read more
I ate here on 11/1/22. I ordered a chicken bowl and have been VERY SICK since. I?ve never experienced anything like this? big... regrets. I feel awful still. this is horrible. Taste wise the food taste phenomenal. But DO NOT ORDER ONLINE you will barely get any meat! We all know they cut back on their... meat but i ordered half Garlic Steak and Half Chicken kid you not there were 3 small cut up pieces of chicken and cut small 5pieces of the steak. I did not mind paying for extra. But anyways you might as well go in. Read more
For this place to be a new chipotle it is awful! I literally live 3 minutes from this place and when I got there the lady... literally in the drive thru dancing with her earphones in she literally ignored me for about 5 minutes. I had to get out my carand knock on the window. Then she continued to make orders after orders as if she didn?t see me. I kept knocking on the window,she then opened the window and asked me to wait a minute. I don?t understand what the wait was for if my food was ready! By thetime I got my food it was cold! Lettuce tasted so old! I was here during grand opening & just about every week after and thisplace went downhill so fast it ridiculous! I?m definitely going to contact corporate for a refund!
