This Chipotle is horrible. We?ve been to this location about 10 times (poor decision on our part) and every time the quality is... way below standard. He got a steak burrito bowl on Friday and got food poisoning. Only ate a bagel for breakfast and thenChipotle for dinner so it had to be that. He was so sick. Another time we had to wait 45+mins for an online order, and then itwas incorrect. They were very short staffed so we weren?t upset, just wanted a refund. I contacted them through the app and theydid give me a meal for free and free chips & guacamole. Very nice customer service but there?s no action being taken to improveany of these many, many complaints. Chipotle is a good restaurant with good food but this one has almost ruined it completelyfor us. If you look at any reviews I?ve left on Google, you?ll see they are positive reviews. The employees act like they want to die and give you attitude every time you come in and order. They have no respect and they... close early sometimes just because of the fact they don?t want to work. they don?t get paid to work half hours. You get paid towork full hours so it?s unfair that they get paid their full amount of money but they close early. very bad attitude and norespect. This location can never get an order correct when I order through the Chipotlane. Also, yesterday they were completely out of... chips and when I asked for my bowl to be wrapped as a burrito instead I was looked at like I had two heads. It would have beennice to know they were completely out of chips before ordering. Lastly, this location is always dirty inside. I?m pretty sureMcDonald?s is cleaner on the inside. THE GUACAMOLE IS ALWAYS LIKE THIS. JUST RAW UNMASHED WHOLE AVOCADOS. WHY CAN YALL NOT MAKE A GUAC LMAO. This is like the 4th... time this has happened and I should?ve done a review every single time but I was being nice unfortunately. The burrito was alsonot wrapped at all it was just thrown together forcing me to try and learn to wrap a burrito on my own through youtube videosbecause these chipotle workers cant make their second most ordered item. Not to mention I?ve gotten crunchy raw rice severaltimes, so disgusting. Honestly, what a waste of space. We have given this place 4 chances and all have been below 1 star experiences. Absolutely... disgusting with zero concerns about your food. Get this place out of East Cobb. Pictured is an online order we placed for aburrito bowl. As you see, all we got was a bowl of steak and guacamole. Worthless. One the the dirtiest food establishments I've seen in a long time. Wanted to get a bowl but was turned off by how it looked. We... eat with eyes first. I didn't visit during a lunch or dinner rush. So not sure why it looked like that. There were 6 visiblestaff members and at least one in the back that I saw. Tables and floors were dirty. Maybe they should close the dining area ifit's too much. Placed an order for 2 kids' burritos. Get to the register and was charged full price. I questioned ?Christopher? (manager)abt... the charges and he refers me to the sign stating that the ?build your own? is for Tacos. I said, ?it doesn?t say Tacos.? Then Isaid is this all the queso for $4.00? I asked for the regional manager's info and he refused. ZERO customer service! No outsidelights on. The side door is locked so that ppl would think they are closed. I?m assuming! This location is being run by a bunchof teenagers from the ?manager Christopher? to the employees. The young that made the burritos is the the only respectableperson in the place. Read more
Normally I love my Chipotle experiences but this most recent visit did not go as normal. The restaurant was suffering from a... shortage of steak, my favorite meat. This normally wouldn't be a problem as they usually put up signs or tell customers beforestarting their order. But they did not have signs nor was I informed before my bowl was already started.
