For this to be the first time I've ordered, im a bit disappointed with the entree itself. I ordered the sesame chicken and the... chicken WAS NOT fresh. it was old, hard and had been overcooked from being reheated so many times. My veggie roll and egg rollwas pretty decent however after about 3 1/2 hrs of eating their food (mind you first thing I ate all day) I VOMITED!!!! I had anupset stomach and diarrhea. We received delivery service today and it came in a timely manner. The food was great! Dumplings were spot on...best ever! The... MooGoo Gai Pan was the best I have ever had! I rarely eat all at one meal but this was so delicious I couldn’t helpmyself! Our new favorite place to order from?? Read more
Trash. Customer service is not that good. The front desk lady just walked up and stared at me. Find somewhere else to eat.
The food is amazing, decently priced for the amount of food you get. Lunch specials and daily specials mean you're not spending... more than 10 dollars a meal. If you're eating in they always have sports playing. Unfortunately the building it is in is whythis doesn't get more stars, the restrooms are customers only and are very poorly maintained. (It looked like it hadn't beencleaned in weeks, the only soap was an empty bottle of dish soap.) These building seems to still be under maintenence and everytime I've been there, no one has ever been sitting down and eating. Good food! Bad atmosphere! Stick to take-out from thisplace. Read more
This place is the worst. Poor customer service, drivers can't speak or understand English. I have spent literally an hour or... more of my time with GrubHub because the wrong food was delivered like many other times ordering through them. Do not order fromthis place! Update. I just received what was supposed to be the correct food, however it had literally 5 shrimp in it. Who thehell pays $10 for 5 shrimp and they wanted the wrong order back. I normally don't have problems with delivery or my orders, since I often use Uber eats and Eat24. Today I had the absolute worst... experience at this place and I'm completely dissatisfied and in shock of the treatment from here. They forget my drink andthat's not a problem. I was anticipating an arrival back with my drink which never returned. I open my meal to see that thesteamed rice I asked for is fried, the Hawaiian bbq wings I asked for ended up to be ONE fried wing, no drink, and found a hairin the lovely fried rice I didn't ask for. The manager repeatedly hung up on me over the phone screaming I was starting troubleand I was causing problems when in actuality I just wanted my drink!!!
