I came here in the morning before I started my class for the day. The line was down to a single lane, moving slow, and they said... they weren't selling chicken biscuits despite it still being before 11 AM (I think it was like 10:50 by the time I was placingan order). I was really looking forward to having a chicken biscuit as something nice for myself, so it was super disappointing.I also spilled coffee coffee on myself in the car (my fault) but there were no napkins in the bag. Overall it was a badexperience, definitely not worth $11, and I wish I went to Bojangles instead. I probably won't be ordering from here again for awhile. Read more
I love Chick-fil-A. But they're curbside services at this particular location need a little tweaking. The curb service signs are... not well posted. They are very short and not very visible for customers to see. One of the things that I think needs to changeis when you order food online, it needs to be ready for pick up when you arrive. I think Chick-fil-A needs to give an approximation of how long it will take to fix the order instead of preparing the order when you pull up in your curbside parkingspace. One of the upsides of ordering online and having curbside service is so that you don't have to wait and you don't haveto go inside. But on this particular day I not only had to go inside I also had to wait. I was not aware that Chick-fil-A doesnot prepare your order until you show up to pick it up even though you've already paid for your food ahead of time period periodthis needs to change. Read more
The entry was a bit confusing but I waited no more than 5 minutes in a line that was decent. Not too long and not short. I made... it in time for breakfast with te to spare and enjoy my meal. Last time spent 20+ minutes waiting for my order to carry out. In spite of mobile app reporting 'your order is ready 15 min... ago', the team failed to deliver it. What a mind-boggling level of service. Yay. PS You can purchase a coffee via mobile appeasily, but I bet you'll experience issues during pick-up: 'we don't deliver coffee', 'we sell it for breakfast only', 'it's notavailable right now, you should wait some 10 min' - well, you mileage may vary. Ordered at this location today, very simple order. Large iced sweet tea! It?s hot and I love Chick-fil-A?s Arnold Palmer!... Ordering was easy, the design of the restaurant sucks but who cares! Out of every Chic-Fil-A I?ve been too, this one is the most poorly managed. They need a leader. The food is never ready when I... arrive. Many times they leave it laying on the counter getting cold and never put it on the pickup rack. Everyone seemsflustered. It?s not running like a well oiled machine.
