Went to get a grilled chicken sandwich and I?m not even sure it was actually heated or cooked. Maybe it was the amount of time... it took me to get home. Fries were weirdly cold and limp and didn?t taste right. I didn?t go to the drive thru, I went inside.Strongly don?t recommend this Chick Fil A unless you like your food barely cooked. Read more
Why were my waffle fries half filled and burned? I have never had poor quality food or service from a CFA. The girl who took my... order was nice but when I got to the food pick up door the normal cheer was missing. Nobody greeted me and said coming up, ittook an unusual long time to have the order brought to me consider there was nobody ahead of me. Also, I forgot to scan for mypoints and the store number is not listed on the slip I have. Overall, easy to get in and out of the drive thru but food qualityand service are lacking. Read more
Got in the line at 10:15 thinking I would get my chickin minis before my baseball game. Ended up not being able to get them... because the line took 30 mins to move 15 feet (3 cars). So I went with a grilled chicken sandwich plain with Colby jack andended up getting pepper jack. They couldn?t get 1 thing right. Very typical Chick-fil-A with one exception. Can tell that it is a newer restaurant besides the very obvious new shine on... everything. It takes significantly longer to get your order and there are more mistakes. Simple things like missing dressing ona salad or "light ice" being a cup filled to the brim with ICE. Things seem to be slowly improving, but it is still faster forme to go out of my way for 5 minutes and go to the windy hill location. Read more
Drive-through service is very professional, friendly, and efficient, but I had never eaten inside before today. WONDERFUL!!!... Exceptional service, including the cashier (who brought my order to the table and made a separate trip to get the receipt whichI had declined at the counter) and the associate in the dining room who was quietly and thoroughly sweeping. The BEST thingother fast food locations do not have is the beautiful quiet, calming instrumental music. I like rock n roll played loudly, too,but not while i'm eating. FANTASTIC!!! Read more

Drive thru takes forever, i asked for sauces and when I got my bag there was not even a straw in it. I get home and this is what... I got when i added bacon to my sandwich, cmon these are barely one strip of bacon all together. Read more
