Took all 5 grandkids to see the Christmas lights. Stopped here for supper and was not disappointed. The weather was terrible... and some of the local youth came in unsupervised but we still enjoyed our family meal. Read more

Normally I would rate almost any chickfila 5 stars but they were super busy & that's normally okay also but they didn't give me... the chickfila welcome you always feel there. The staff weren't very friendly. The food came out cold & the fries seemed to havebeen re dropped & over cooked. Not to mention the playground was closed & none of the employees could tell us why. Covid has ALL businesses being forced to compromise standards. Chick-fil-A used to have server teams that were all always warm... and welcoming. Not so much these days but it's not a CFA issue. It's a nationwide service issue. In 7 to 10 years, there willbe very few human fast food workers because most fast food will be automated. Read more

Ordered my food through the app. The girl at the drive through was rude and told me my payment did not go though. Her response... was ?you owe me 16.78.? I did not have my card on me so she cancelled my order. I checked my account and I indeed had beencharged for my food. There as no way I was paying them twice for my meal anyway. The nasty cashier made this experience 10xworse than it had to be. Get it together Chic-fil-a!! Read more

Pretty rough experience tonight. Sat there for in excess of 10 minutes waiting on one cars food to get cooked. When I got in the... line there were three cars and when I left the restaurant there were more than 20. I asked the girl at the window about the waitand I got a short "we were waiting on the food to cook" answer. I said okay and then as I drove off I overheard her tellinganother employee "what the heck....?" No apology, no offer to make it right, and publicly belittling my concern to boot. Notsure I've ever had a customer service experience at a Chick-fil-A like that. I certainly hope they can get it improved as I'm abig fan of the company. But I think I'll avoid this location for a while. Read more

First, they are getting skimpy on the food. My fries are now half empty when I receive them and so are the salads. I know we... are in recession but if the prices are going up, the amount of food we receive can't go down! Also, I must also mention thatthis location has been making too many mistakes lately. The amount of times I have had to drive back because they forgotsomething is more then I would of liked. It didn't use to be this way. I have been coming here for a long time. Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe for myself and it was good! Similar to other locations. I placed my order through the app to... pick up to avoid the drive thru lines this place normally gets. The dining lobby is currently closed, so only to go orders forthe time being. Employees are masked up. Customers are free to wear a mask or not while waiting for their order. Took about 2minutes to get my food out the lobby once the app said it was ready. They had it labeled wrong and thought it was for a deliveryservice instead of carry out. No problems there. Read more
