I didn't even stay to order. There was NO ONE taking orders at the counter. People were waiting at the counter and at the... window. I was asked twice by the same person if my order had been taken and TWICE she walked to the back to do whatever. Thewoman in front of me said she had been there 20 minutes. It's almost 6pm on Friday. Second time visiting in the past 3 weeks and got another cold 4 piece fish. The last time I got cold food, I was met with... resistance from the manager and it took the cashier 10 minutes to count out the $11 that was owed to me. Stopped by this location this morning. I waited until they opened for fresh, hot food. After a 10-15 minute explanation of what... I wanted to order with the drive-thru cashier, finally got my food! Made it home to eat and not even halfway into the meal, thefish was not fully cooked!!! Called the restaurant, no answer!
