This is honestly the best BK in the metro Atlanta area. Every time I go I don't have to wait no matter how much I order, and... everything is still fresh. I've never had an order messed up either. Whoever is managing this location needs praise and theemployees definitely deserve some raises. Read more
Came here for breakfast everything was delicious, super friendly and respectful. Also stopped by lunch forgot how big the... whopper are really are. For a fast food buger it was amazing, very delicious. Not many Burger King like this one that strive tokeep its customers. Great customer service. Will be back. Read more
After waiting more than 2 minutes on their drive-through mic and repeatedly asking if anyone was there, I finally decided to go... to the window since there was a whole line of cars behind me. When I approach the window, I see 3 people in there withheadphones on their heads and just standing. When I told them why I am at the window, the manager probably, refused to listen tomy reason and asked me to go back in line all the way back since they "could not" hear me. They could hear me just fine face toface by the way. @burgerking could you please look into that paricular microphone since the manager didnt tell me if it wasworking fine or not. This is the worst location ever. My last visit was so disappointing. I plan to never return. I ordered the Chicken King meal. I... was first given an small chicken sandwich. It was old and hard. I asked for a fresh sandwich. I was then given a over cookedhard sandwich. I took a look at the counter that my order was placed on. It was clearly filthy. I really got this locationclosing down. When I asked why was my sandwich so small. The guy preparing the sandwiches. Told me we can't control portionsize. Knowing he gave me the wrong sandwich. I once had the same complaint. After speaking with the district manager. I thoughtthe quality of service and food would change. Not so. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I am truly hurt andhighly upset over my last three visits. Others I have spoken with is also disappointed with this location and plan not toreturn. I really don't like giving bad reviews. Usually they are pretty decent here keeping the place in order. Don't know what happened today. Half this place has overflowing... trash cans. Food was decent but had to take mine to go. Read more
