trust the locals. Anytime of day look at this place's drive-thru and parking lot and then look at the McDonald's parking lot... across the street. McDonald's is always full this Burger King is empty. Why? Because the managers are atrocious which leads toterrible employees. The grounds are filthy, the store is dirty and unkept. The dining room is randomly closed so you never knowif you'll be forced to go to the drive-thru or just go elsewhere. As we placed our food order through the BK app today around 3:14 pm est, my wife noticed that as our order was being placed, the... manager dropped one of the chicken fries from our order on the floor and picked it up and placed it back in the grease fryer. Mywife called out this action immediately as she witnessed it from a table near the front of the store, and the manager ignoredher plea. We went up to the register and the manager denied doing it initially at first, secondly, then asked if we want tohave another order made? In the midst of this, my wife noticed he was slyly trying to hide all the receipts in the table as shewarned him that she was calling corporate on this so we could not find the store number. Thirdly, then he blamed us for nottelling him ?not do it? before he was caught. His ?exact words you should have told me before I did it.? He finally becameindifferent towards us and said we could get a refund through the app, and said he could do ?whatever hewanted.? Unfortunately, I never got the store managers name, but afterwards, I had a one on one conversation with him on theimportance of customer service in this world of people and the negative limited trajectory that it will have on his or anyonescareer if they do choose to continue like this. I have worked in fast food early in my career and understand the challenges ofworking with the public. So I ask for a cup of water and they give me a medium cup and as I'm pouring and clicking I click by mistake to see what they... have to see if its worth buying the drink, and the lady with red and no teeth has the nastiest attitude and is like you got acup of water what you doin clicking on everythong but the blue button. I've never had a problem with the night shift but the dayshift really needs an attitude check!!! ASAP!! Not all customers steal these black people love stereotyping.. Don't come duringthe day!!!!!!!!! Had their chick sandwich around 1 it's wasn't fresh and fried were too oily and was seems like they were fried twice after... having that sandwich had my stomach upset for several days.
