People did I see something disturbing and get what I didn't want? Went through the window order two breast two legs green beans... mash potatoes. I received two chicken thighs two legs. All over cooked. I was home when I realized it. Didn't want to turnaround was feeling bad because just came from a mormorial service. Looked at the young man in the window his pants were hangingdown front and back. I didn't know what to think. Is it hard to get worker that is decently dressed? They were very short staffed. That is not the people's fault that were working. They were polite despite the stress that i... assume they were under due to the lines in the drive through and inside. Corporate should address that. I waited in the drivethrough for 20 minutes and was told to please hold. I saw people coming out of the restaurant but the drive through line was notmoving so i asked if i should come in. She said, yes please. There was a line there too, but it was moving. I spent a total 40minutes at Bojangles this morning on less than 10.00 worth of food. Are they having a hard time finding employees bc that jobwill not cover rent or are they just not hiring? I had a good experience at this location. Food was fresh and the person that took my order was a trooper. He was the only one... at the front and he made everyone feel acknowledged. These days most can't even say good day, how may I assist you or you greetthem and all you get is attitude and a blank stare sadly. It was refreshing for sure. Read more
I will NEVER eat at this location again! First, the cashier got my order wrong and when I went in to get it corrected Little... Caesars boxes were sitting on top of the warmer on top of the food! Like why are boxes on top of food that U are serving people!Secondly the restaurant was filthy! Floor was nasty, napkins flying everywhere, and to make matters worse the cashier was on herphone and everyone in the back were just chilling and hanging out. Third after this sandwich was supposed to be fixed, I openedit and the chicken was NOT done and the lettuce was brown and ice cold! Damn near frozen! I threw the whole meal away!
