Ordered through the app for lunch. When I got there, the employees seemed busy but pleasant. The highlight of my visit was their... DELICIOUS fried chicken sandwich. Soft buttered bun, the right amount of tangy mayo, thick-cut crunchy pickles, and a hot &fresh slightly spicy chicken filet that was nice and juicy. I went to location on Franklin gateway and we placed an order for 2 wing and breast meals thinking we are dealing with honest... people we went and discovered 1 box with 1 wing and the other box had 2 wings we spent 18 the price not issue it?s theprinciple. We went back and this young kids and the mgr was very rude and disrespectful. The employee at the window asked if hegave this to us; acting as if he didn?t I was back in 15 minutes, and I said yes then he well I pack it regardless you aresupposed to check the order before giving to the customer. The female who refunded money condone his behavior. I don?t know whatabout with this location. I heard her talking to the boy who gave me as if we were wrong they gave us 3 pieces of chicken and weordered 2 breast and wing meals. She did apologize nor the boy apologized for their mistake. I will never go back to thislocation and I am telling everyone about my experience. Either you need to change management or you will lose customers. Quick service, great prices, fresh food. Staff was friendly. While there was a line, they worked to move customers quickly. You... definitely can tell the good was fresh. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru.Ordered fries got bo rounds which were cold and nasty. Chicken was hard as well as the... biscuits. They forgot the Cole slaw. Ordered a 3 pieces thought and leg for wings. Just a complete screw up. Read more
Biscuits! Best in Ga. So many folks getting biscuits you can expect a wait in the drive thru but it is all worth it in the end.... They frequently will mess up your order and give you less than you paid for. If it were scored just on the taste of the food itwould be 5 stars. The chicken and the fries were good. Not bad but nothing special. However, the biscuits are likely the best biscuits I have ever... had! Unfortunately, my biggest complaint is with the service. The wait was forever long. When we finally got our food, we wereshorted on everything. They didn?t fill our fries up all the way and they only gave us 2 fries when we ordered 3. Also, we onlyreceived 10 chicken strips and we order 12. Also, we only received 4 biscuits when we order 6. Then, they never gave us our 1/2gallon of sweet tea.
