They have a 2.5 star rating on yelp and I see why now. We ordered 2x number 1s and an orange juice. They gave us a raw sandwich... and an ice cold old sour one that was clearly left on the counter for an hour or more. They didn?t give me my sauces or myorange juice ..or even half my food and refused to let me return it. Their lobby is locked and the drive thru was packed to thestreet ? Did not have a great experience. Went to this location around 6:21pm spent $27.91. Ordered 12pc legs and thighs 2 extra... biscuit. I told them I didn't mind waiting on fresh chicken to cook Sat there for about 20 to 25 minutes. When the chickencame to the car it was luke warm the box wasn't even hot. I was very disappointed I would have gone back in but my children wascalling about eating. The chicken did not taste fresh at all. Would like refund or something for my time. Read more
Everytime I go there is always a long wait, no matter on if there is a line or not. My last visit after I ordered I sat in line... 15 minutes before I eventually just left. This was around 10 am on a weekday. It would have been nice if people were made awarethat there was a hold up when placing a order. There's no way the wait should be that long to order simple breakfast items. Read more
I came here after picking my son up from school. He wanted breakfast and Bojangles is known for selling breakfast all day. When... I got to the drive-thru window I was told that they stop serving breakfast at 5:00 p.m., even though the sign clearly says allday breakfast. I went ahead and ordered off the dinner menu, but after interacting with the staff, I really wish I had just wentsomewhere else. They didn't apologize or anything. They just told me they took the meal off my ticket because they were out ofthe chicken sandwiches. I decided to get the tenders instead. I am not sure who is training these people, but there is nocustomer service. I said thank three times, and got no response from the girl at the window...just a blank stare. I know it isnot there fault, so I will not get mad at the workers, but someone needs to teach them the basics of customer service. Read more

Placed order online thinking this would be faster and for my second and last time I give up on this location. To pay in advance... and being told they have No side not to mention my online order never was received so I am waiting on my chicken and biscuits. Iam now an hour in on food for a family of 7 that?s still waiting. This is the final time I will ever spend this much money atthis location, ridiculous honestly. This is the second time I?ve had a bad experience at this particular Bojangles. The first time I went it was about 45 minutes to... an hour before closing and I went through the drive thru to order. I ordered a family meal only to be told they were out of allsides except Mac and cheese which was fine .. but I get to the window only to be told they only had 8 pieces of chicken leftbecause I ordered a 12 they couldn?t fill my order mind you it was plenty of time before closing they could have made more. iwas still fine I told them it was okay I would take the 8 .. they then said they only had white meat left because I asked forall dark.. it was very annoying because this could have been said while I was ordering my food not when I got to the window? thesecond time which is pictured below, I ordered through door dash.. my door dash delivery person got to the restaurant only to betold ?they didn?t have my order? after the door dasher showed them my order they then commenced to fix it. When it got to me (Iliterally stay 2 minutes up the road) my food look like it had been sitting out for days . The rice is hard and the Mac andcheese is cold. The picture don?t even do it justice! I am here right now and have been sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Not a soul to be found. Lights are on. 6 cars behind... me. Ghost town at 7pm on a Friday night. Where else can I go for fried chicken in this area?? Ugh. Sickening! Read more
