Service was fast, but my milkshake was NAS-TY. I ordered a mint chocolate chip milkshake, and it tasted like a glass of milk... with a hint of mint. So disappointing? should have gone to Cookout ???? Read more
The customer service was great . I ordered two pints of America?s Birthday Cake.. I got home and started eating one pint and bit... down on something hard with a foul taste .. i immediately spit into my hand and saw what i bit down into was a bug with blackand red wings ( later looked up on google and saw it?s called a boxelder bug?) .. I shouldn?t be surprised because as I was inthe drive through I was looking at their score pasted on the window and wondering why it was a 100 and is now a 85.. Tried to go through the drive thru with my kids. Was completely shocked that the list of ice cream flavors was not on the drive... thru menu. It is difficult to make a selection from the options when you don?t know what the options are. The drive thrucustomer should be able to have the same shopping experience as someone ordering inside.
