There is not a Baskin-Robbins within a 20 mile radius of my house. I was in Marietta yesterday for an event and stopped off on... my way home. It was 9 pm and the hours posted on the door said they closed at 10pm. The door was locked and I could see anemployee in the back. Very disappointing. Read more
Called this morning to inquire if they had Baseball Nut in. Took forever for them to answer the phone, but when they did a very... DISRESPECTFUL lady answered the phone and when I asked I was replied with ?No we do not. Sorry. Have a nice day? and then hungup on me. I was not done speaking to her as I had more questions. May want to consider some customer service training because Iam not giving a place with bad customer service my money. Read more

This location is probably the worst DD/ BR I've ever been too. I asked for 4 different types of donuts.. they were out of... everything..apple fritters, donut holes etc. Finally I asked for single scoop icecream.. they had my favorite in stock. Theemployee even mentioned the sugar cone is free with the purchase of a single scoop."Great, I'll take that". Then she says ohwe're out of sugar cones. Really?? The ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Ordered a Mothers day cake on line for this location and did arrive early and was told by the innocent employee that it would be... 20 minutes... Ok kool... 10 minutes later a lady comes out and says rudely that it's not gonna be ready and it needed 20 moreminutes... Ok 10 minutes later was told by the innocent employee that it would be another 40 minutes smh.... when I asked for arefund she gets an attitude because it's a custom made cake...
