Horrible! I came through the drive up and ordered about 5 meals plus some miscellaneous items such as jalapeño poppers and... fries. I placed my order and when I got to the window, I asked for my order to be read back to me for accuracy, I couldn?t dothis at the speaker because she was rushing me with the orders and kept telling me to drive around. I had 3 sprites, a coke andstrawberry lemonade. I asked if she could separate my combos in different bags and she said no it had to be in one bag. When shehanded me the order, I was missing two sandwiches and I was given a sandwich that wasn?t mine and missing fries. When I let herknow, she was visibly annoyed (her fault) and went to get my missing sandwiches. I finally drove off. When I got to my job, wefound out the sprites and the coke were flat and tasted like seltzer water! I ordered a French dip sandwich and the au jus wasso watered down it was no taste to it and I?m not exaggerating. The sandwich was horrible. The other sandwiches were sloppilyput together and just wasn?t appetizing. Sad part is, this type of poor service and food quality is becoming the norm at thesefast food places and people are getting tired of it. You can tell the workers don?t want to be there and it?s not hidden fromthe customer. I realize companies need warm bodies to run their establishments, but poor service is going to run the customersaway and to establishments that seem to care about customer service and food quality such as chick fil a, which seems to defeatthe purpose of why you?re in business. Management should be testing the fountain drinks to ensure they are operating the waythey should to avoid flat, highly carbonated drinks etc! I?m very disappointed. Sad part is, once I delivered the food to myjob, it was not an option to drive back up there to get it right! I spent over $40 and it was a total waste. This isunacceptable all the way around. What?s so hard about taking orders and being accurate?? And you want $15 an ho Read more

Every time I come to this Arby?s, they are never open when they say they are. Went by one time at 10PM on a Saturday, and they... weren?t open. Just went by at 9:20PM (one website says they?re open until 10 and the other says midnight). I sat in the drivethrough for 10 minutes with nothing said to me. We even said ?hello, is anyone there?? a few times, and no one responded. Calledthe restaurant and no one answered. Finally drove off, and of course, people were there in the kitchen chatting. EDIT: HiArby's owner, I appreciate you taking the time to respond. However, I do want to point out that I did call the restaurant, andno one answered as I earlier stated in the review. Read more

Consistently terrible - doesn?t matter if I do DoorDash, go through the drive thru or go inside, their food is terrible. Curly... fries are weirdly uncooked yet you could tell they were cooked. It?s like they microwaved them. Sandwiches regardless of whatyou get are awful and nearly cold. Sodas taste flat and get tossed. How they stay open I don?t know. I?ve actually avoided thelimited time/special items at this location because they?ll screw it up. They?ll screw up regular items too. If you?re thinkingArby?s, think of a different location. I have Arby's for many years, always count on Arby's for a great sandwich on the run. However, this location needs to be closed... down. Ordered Turkey Ranch with bacon sandwich, worst ever tasted. The bread was soggy, not toasted, lettuce was old and somemold, NO bacon and only a piece of Turkey that should have been thrown away. I was very hungry from a busy day, and all wantedwas a DECENT sandwich to get me through an dinner time . I would have been better off going to vending machine and get asandwich. No way I could have put that in my mouth. All Arby's locations are not the same, some are better than most eventhoughstill edible. This location needs to be shut down or the very least inspected by the Health Dept. It's in a very desirablelocation and can be a money maker for the Owner. But the way they are running this location, it will eventually closed. Thislocation is definitely hurting the Arby's brand. Read more

Not sure yet. First time. Brisket sandwich was decent. But I had to intercede when an older gentleman was not getting the order... he asked for. It was a simple issue that staff could of handled better simply giving him a free sandwich. Respect the elderlyand listen better to their order. Read more
