I gave them 4stars but only because they food kind of on the high side. Before the pandemic they stuff was regular priced. But... yeah beside this important factor. The place is a great establishment with plenty of business coming in/out for the wings. Iwould recommend going here because the quality of the food will meet your standards. The staff is great! Staff is very nasty and rude door dash does not allow you to select extra crispy as a option everytime I call to update my order... I am told my order is done already it?s no way my order is done in literally two minutes everytime. I order from here frequentlywhile at work and everytime they give me a problem only once was my request fulfilled SMH Read more
Horrible service, horrible food....Called my order in and asked that the wings be dropped fresh...went to pick it up and when I... got home and attempted to eat them they were old, you could taste that they had been sitting for a while...the inside was brownand dried out and many parts of the wing were rubbery. Tried to call and get a replacement and we were told that there wasnothing they could do. I will NEVER return to this place again. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
Made an order at 2:07 pm, three minutes received a confirmation (good, good!) followed by 'your order is ready for pickup'... message at 2:25 pm (excellent!). Arrived ten minutes later just to discover the staff guys kist started making the burgher Iordered. What the hell? Guys, isn't it a bit too much misleading for a 10-dollar beef burgher? I know watching the makingprocess could be kinda interesting, but personally would prefer just to pick up a plastic bag with my burgher inside. Food is great. Nice and clean location with good customer service, also quick. I ordered the honey hot wings, they were perfect.
I loved this place. Not anymore!!! The cashier is great! She remembered my order each time. However when she went on maternity... leave the place wasn?t the same. I got sick at least 3 times. I?ll never go again. Bathroom extremely nasty. Read more
AMERICAN DELI STOLE MY MONEY! BAD BUSINESS! If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a $48 order over the phone. The employee... then said she could take my payment over the phone (come to find out she wasn?t supposed to take my card over the phone sothat?s why the charge didn?t go through). I was charged the $48 but was told it didn?t go through on their side and to expectthe money back by the end of the day so I gave it 24 hours to process since it was saying pending on my end (they also told meif I wanted the food I would have to spend another $48). The transaction no longer said pending and that the money went throughon their end. I asked for a refund and was denied so now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. I no longer trust this placeto do business with them and I recommend choosing a different location to spend your money with. Read more
