They must be making food differently these days, a recent change it seems. The food was barely warm. The junior bacon which is... usually So Good, the one I ordered just now was horrible. I didn't know until a 3 minute drive home. There was no lettuce on iteither. It was not satisfying at all. Won't go back if this is how they are making these now. Read more

What happened to my Wendy's? I absolutely hate making negative comments because I realize COVID has caused shortages of all... kinds, including the ability to find people who actually care about their jobs and good service to others. But that SHOULD NOTaffect the quality of a product. Cold and old food - employees that look like they don't like you let alone the job they'redoing! I was (was) a Wendy's advocate, but after several visits with the same quality issues, I'm afraid I'm done. If you find aWendy's that still cares and serves good food with a smile - keep going there because they did have a good product to be what itis - fast food. Read more

I don't usually think of going here but I'm glad we decided to. They've changed and the fries are so much better than they used... to be. The food at this location was hot (that was also a previous problem I've had at other locations) and seemingly fresh. Ilike that they hold onto the value menu concept with their biggie bag combos as well. I mean yeah, they'll gouge you on sizeupgrades, but do we Americans really need large everything? Read more

I had placed an order through the done many times before when I got there I let them know and was told to pull up to the window... I sat there for at least a good 10 minutes with no interactions from the window staff I was the only 1 in line a d they had justopened almost an hour beforehand so she hands me my bag finally then try to hand me my drinks I asked for a holder since the carI was in only had 2 and they were already full she sighs loudly walks away walks around the area comes back and says we don'thave any. I was mad I waited that long and food was barely warm and she was extremely rude I have dealt with her before and thiswas the rudest she had ever been I will not return to this location!! Read more

I'm extremely disappointed. I wish I could give this place a 0 instead of a 1. When we came here we waited 20 minutes in the... line and were never acknowledged. Not a single worker told us they would be with us soon. The place isn't very clean either.While waiting we watched a worker drop some fries and put them back in the fryer. Then the worker on the fry station was eatingnuggets and fries while on his phone and managing the fry station without gloves all at the same time. Then a worker was makinga lemonade and since ran out of lemonade the worker put water in the lemonade. The lemonade was basically water. At this pointof terrible service we decided to leave. We've came here before this and the food was always cold and not that good. If you comehere expect cold and bad tasting food. Read more

Needed a quick meal. This Wendy's location is one of the more reliable fast food places in town. I eat there way too often. Food... is about what you'd expect from fast food. I will add, if you haven't had their fries in a while, try them again. With the newhot and crispy guarantee they've been really good. The couple times I've gotten fries that weren't up to par they were quick toreplace them when I asked. Done it a couple times and they responded quickly as they should, with the offer right on every frybox. Read more

This location has great food with decent service. My order was taken by a Trainee, which did a great job! He built rapport with... me by relating my name to a famous Country Singer. Impressive! He fumbled a little with the register, but nothing too terrible.The spped of the Kitchen was slower than the competition. Positive motivation could help speed up the service times. I didobserve lots of Employees with smiles and the service was friendly. The Manager needs to train the Frontline Employees to beaware of customers walking in the lobby. There was confusion about who had an order taken and who didn't. I would recommend thislocation to anyone needing a great meal! Read more

I ordered the Double Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. The attached photo is what I got. 2 dry patties, no bacon. Additionally, with... no photo however, was my half-full fry container. I paid for a large and expected a fry volume to match. At least the Frostyturned out okay. There was no one in the drive-thru and no one in the lobby when we stopped by, so I would expect an error ofthis magnitude to not happen. I understand when things are rushed because of immense traffic, or due to understaffing, howeverneither was the case here. Read more
