This location constantly has: -Completely ruined and wrongly made orders -Outrageously rude and incompetent staff -Absolutely no... ingredients or food ever The amount of times that they have not only messed up my order, but flat out given me the wrong itemsAFTER confirming my order and AFTER I have paid for it. They always substitute an item of extreme lesser value. There is noreason that I should receive a cake pop after ordering and PAYING FOR a five dollar sandwich. Especially if I was given multipleoptions and a cake pop wasn?t even one of them. I?m not one to even get mad at situations like this, but it is every. single.time. here. I don?t know if it?s plain stupidity or lack of any professionalism, but it needs to get figured out. Zero stars!?? Read more

This has to be the best Starbucks I?ve ever been to! Julie and Isabel made my experience at this location! These two ladies are... happy, and it shows in their efforts to connect with everyone who walks through the door. Greeting me by my first name andmaking sure my ?coffee? was made to perfection. It's better to buy your coffee from any gas station. Their coffee is over priced and it's too much ado about nothing. I saw... this staff member sneeze, using her bare hand to cover the sneeze and started handling people's coffee without washing herhands. When you're in food service or health care, hand washing is priority #1. This staff member did not observe this. Thishappened in Maricopa city. Read more

Ok where do I begin? This order was placed through the Starbucks mobile app. I placed the first order and it didn?t show as an... order in my history when I refreshed it. Now because of my previous experience with placing mobile orders I thought I didn?t doit correctly. So I placed the order again. When I refreshed it this time both orders show up. I?m like ok I can handle twodrinks no big deal. When I get there to pick them up you?d swear I ordered two different drinks! Read more
