Roots Eatery is hands down the best place to eat! My daughter, granddaughter and I went in this morning for some brunch.... Starting off with the atmosphere that was so inviting and the best customer service you could as for! We ordered a Bloody Mary,and a Mimosa and they were awesome and refreshing. We ordered the crab cakes with jicama salad, poutine and the summer salad anda strawberry pancake. Let me begin to tell you that we were very impressed and satisfied. NOT happy with the food quantity at the last food truck event (tonight). They ran out of food 30 minutes in, okay whatever but I... paid $16 for two ribs and a scoop of mashed potatoes, seriously, and I've attached the picture as well. Also we bought the 3cannolis for $5 deal, got home they shorted us 1. These may seem trivial but for the money we spent, definitely not happy orimpressed. I know I should have taken photos before I tore into the food, but couldn?t help myself to a good dinner. Fine dining in a small... town! Their rib eye to me is better than the steaks I?ve had at great places I?ve been to like Maestro?s, Flemmings and othergreat steak houses. The reason I say this is because most steak has the same texture or taste after eating out a lot, but TheRoots Rib Eye, has this crème brûlée candy crisp like texture on the surface but tender as an American Wagyu at Wolfgang Cutin the Venetians Las Vegas?without breaking the bank lol!!!!
