What a mess. Placed an order for pickup. The app says it's ready so we head over. First, you walk in and it just has a dirty... vibe, like nothing has been cleaned. Next, no one is at the counter, barring other confused and somewhat irritated patrons. Theemployees walk by as quickly as possible making sure not to make eye contact. You literally have to say "excuse me" in anescalated tone (not mean just louder than normal) to get someone to acknowledge you. My food wasn't in the pickup place, soclearly I want to verify they have my order. I ask... Hey do you have my order, after exchanging who I was and what I orderedthe response was "it's not cooked yet"... Great thanks... How long?... Shrug. I was in there waiting for 30 minutes with twokids just wanting to go home. We were going to just run out and pick up dinner. I watched them fill every drive through orderprior to mine. After half an hour I finally got the food. We got home. I ordered the family meal but there were barely enoughsides for two people, the mash potatoes were runny and old... I did receive a trough of worthless gravy though. The kidemployees are running around in there and maybe they think they're doing their best. But the manager is doing nothing. Kids runevery fastfood establishment so this shouldn't be any different. However, without guidance the asylum turns into a madhouse andthat's what's happening here. I've been to this KFC a few times throughout the years... Starting around 11 years ago and it'sthe same nightmare. I'm not sure why the hiring manager is unable to hire a decent shift manager (pay perhaps?) but you'd thinkthey'd figure it out. One more point I'd like to convey is that I used the app. Half way through this fiasco I tried to canceland the app makes it impossible, You're in a never ending loop of links and virtual assistants that you'd gladly pay $30 tonever speak to again. Epic Fail KFC but no surprise. Read more

We did not get to eat at this location but it was probably for the better. The store smelled like old mop water on entry and we... waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us. Unfortunately, the LJS half of the store closed earlier than the KFC but there was nosignage depicting this. Read more

This is just the worst place and we won't go back. All kids running the place, playing and laughing while there are dirty tables... and we order 1 meal and get home no fries. Because no one is paying attention. The man before us got his stuff and asked thekid if everything was there and the kid says check it...what? And yes, he was missing cole slaw. Just lose and then maybe wecan get a Popeyes or In&Out. Read more

First time ordering from Long John Silvers here in Maricopa and I will say that I was super impressed. The dining was clean, and... well kept, and the lights and decor were eye appealing. The gentleman that took the order for me was awesome. I understood therewas a wait for food because it is COOKED TO ORDER!! Which means it is fresh, hot, and yummy We ordered the family 16-piece mealto go. I had my 3-year-old grandson with me and he was sleeping in my arms. When my food came out the gentleman at the countersaid "let us go outside" and he proceeded to take my entire to-go order to my car :). He waited for me to unlock my car and putmy food in the car while I put my grandson in the car and buckled him up I told him thank you and appreciated what he had doneand he said it was his pleasure. the entire staff was awesome checked in with me and I could tell they were super busy with LOTSof to-go orders ( door dash being the most popular one ). Even though a few people came in and complained about the wait time, Icommend them all for doing a GREAT job considering what jerks some people can be. Our food was hot, super yummy, and totallyworth the trip and cost as well Given what is going on in the world today with so many companies being super short-staffed,overworked, and underpaid, its times like this we need to pull together understand and work together to get through this THANKYOU LJS you will be our to go for food from here on out :) Read more

Just like most other fast food restaurants in the City of Maricopa, they either shut down the dine in area, run out of food or... just close the store hours earlier than they should. They are either understaffed or managing food deliveries poorly. If thiskeeps up these stores won?t last for long and hopefully we can get stronger chain stores like Panera down here. Read more

First timer at this location. My mom and I ordered LJs and the cashier was polite. We paid $27.26 for lunch for the two of us...... tables were sticky and dirty. We waited about 20 minutes for our food which is fine if its fresh. The fish and shrimp were freshand hot, the fries and mac and cheese were both cold. When I asked for tartar sauce they said they didn't have any. If I hadknow that during ordering I would have ordered something else. Tartar sauce is a MUST for me... There were 3 upper levelmanagers in the lobby having a meeting, that heard what happened, and did nothing about it, they could have easily made itright, yet they did nothing! This was a total training opportunity for the young kid at the register and the management team aswell.. The manager in the red shirt took an order for LJs right after they told the young cashier to mention they had no tartarsauce and this guy didn't mention it to the customer either. She waited 15 minutes for her food and asked for tartar sauce andwas upset and left mad as well. Read more
