KFC good was good. Prices are a little higher but it is the same as other fast food places. The girl who took our order was... decent. She looked tired and she had no energy. Danger stay away. Health department will be shutting this place down in no time. The food wasn't very good at all. It tasted... kind of off made me a little sick to my stomach but I thought it was just me and then I read this and I freaked out. This is thehealth department findings. Never really liked KFC. The chicken and biscuits were fresh and tasted good. But giving 1 star because my order took over an hour past the expected... time. The workers not very polite not a single one said will be with you in a moment. They eventually told us they were out ofchicken so made us wait 13 more minutes for the chicken to be ready. I placed an order for pick up tonight for 945pm and when I went to pick it up at the window a young short girl asked if I had an... order. I said yes and she told me they would have it out shortly. After being there for 15 min I realized that they had not onlyforgotten about me and my order but they seemed like they were ready to head out of the building. The workers there obviouslydidn?t care enough to even try to communicate the fact that I wasn?t going to get my food or a refund. The hours of operationstate this location closes at 10pm and I completely understand that I was cutting it a bit short but I think it?s unfair that Iwas shorted money, food, and my time. Read more
I've been to this location on five separate occasions, but only been able to order food twice. Every time we go we are told that... they're out of chicken, of all things. I've never seen a line here, ever, so I'll never know where that chicken is going. Thestaff has always been polite toward me, I can't really fault them on that. But whoever is responsible for actually maintainingor stocking this place needs to re-evaluate how it's managed. Read more
Ordered 20 minutes before getting there. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. App said it was ready. Lobby was locked and... had to wait in car in 106 degrees. Lobby hours show it should be open. This where the reviews are accurate about poor service.More than one customer I talked to was frustrated. KFC needs to revoke this franchise. For some reason when the girl brings outfood to a waiting car she always pulls the door shut. Why? IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN. 3 day process for this visit. Day 1, told fryer wasn?t working. No LJS today. Day 2, arrive at 11:00, store opens at 10:30 but... doors are locked. No LJS. Day 3, they have LJS! Cashier tells me he should have left when he had the chance lol. Ordered anextra piece of chicken, notice the pic, one is 2/3 the size of the others. Where did the little crusty bits go also???
