Last night I got food at this location. Ate it went to sleep woke up with the worst food poisoning in my life. I have to be... hospitalized because I don?t know what?s going on right now. The drs assured me it was this food that caused and I won?t begoing back. I also will be contacting my lawyer because the food preparation and sanitation is dangerous at this location. I wanted to redo my review. Last couple times. I've eaten here both times. The breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches were... just terrible. Nothing like I remember when I was in high school. Not fresh an overcooked. Joe is awesome. He helped me today.He's the general manager and there was a younger man there too. That was awesome. I would say if you have any issues with Jackin the box just go inside. Talk to them and they will help you out. It's been years since the wife and I can say we both had a pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant. Our cashier had a... beautiful smile and a positive attitude. We had a party of 6 who couldn't wait to sit down and try a few new menu items we seenonline. Priscilla did such an outstanding job with taking down our food orders that we were all in agreement when my wifementioned how patient and knowledgeable our cashier handled our order. 10 minutes later She personally delivered our meals toour table, great service and the food was hot. Even though the place was alive with families and teens, Priscilla dealt withcomplaining customers and managed to wipe down a few tables and sweep along with taking orders. Great Job!!!! Read more
I Doordash and it?s very frustrating when I show up at 830 at night and try to go into the lobby and the doors are locked! So... therefore I have to sit in the line with 10 cars deep waiting to get to the window to get my customers order! Jack in the Box,you need to do better for your fellow food delivery! Even when I tried to call the store NO ONE answers the phone! As a dasheror other food delivery person, we should not have to wait to get this food! Time is money for us! Then the food may not even bewarm by the time we get it. This is very bad! The lobby should be opened if yours hours say as such and or a delivery drivershould be able to call and have the food brought out, or better yet, leave the lobby open for your food delivery personnel! Hot and Fresh Food! I was greeted right away and was told she would be right with me. She was placing french fries in the fryer.... I ordered the #4 Medium Meal for here. My order was ready very quickly! The French Fries were very hot and tasty. The Jumbo Jackwith cheese was also made correctly and hot. This location has the Coca Cola Freestyle machines. I dispensed a Cherry Coke Zero.The cherry syrup tasted old. I switched to adding Raspberry and was pleased. The reason for my 4 stars, was the condition of theLobby as well as I ordered my food to go but the bag stated To Go. The Dining Room wasn't attended to, as there were no visibleclean tables. There was no visible trash, which is good. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a hot and freshmeal.
