Spent $52 on an order, showed up and the location was closed. So drove to their second location and they can't see my order.... They allowed me to call Lewis the Mgr and he said that I was being unreasonable to expect a refund. So now I'm out the money. Read more
We have ordered four times now and have yet to get the food we wanted. Store routinely runs out of brisket, and seems to... randomly substitute meats no matter what you ask them to do. Tonight we didn?t get brisket, randomly got sausage (repulsive)after asking for turkey, the sides were both the wrong size wrong item. I?m no longer willing to bother with this place andrecommend you not either. Read more
Never reviewed any place before but this is something else. Used DoorDash to order. It took almost 2 hours. When I called the... store directly to see what was going on they said they were behind an hour, how's that?. And when the food did arrive it wasmissing a big portion of the order, very ridiculous. Dasher did good, when he arrived tipped him more for waiting and he told methey were rude to him no respect for that. This place is a stain and they should be whipped clean. Never ordering or going hereagain. One in Walmart is better. Read more
The service was bad. The younger lady couldn't not remember our order after we had just told her multiple times in a 2 min... window. As we were cashing out the lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said yes but then she didnt ask the size of the tipand just took it out of the balance of the bill. On top of that they had no ice, all the soda was flat. I asked for a refund onmy cups that I had just bought and they simply said they don't do refunds. On top of that when our food came out it tastedgross.(we didn't finish it threw it away) This is the worst experience I have ever had at any food joint highly disappointed inthis store. Wasted money on two Cuban sandwiches, I guess they makes theirs without pickles or mustard and instead add bbq sauce and... onions...., and this pulled pork tasted a week old, I will never return. Read more
Firstly the food was lovely! No complaints there. The time to get the food took 50mins, and I ordered ahead online! Only 3 other... customers in the restaurant- this was 5.45pm Sat July 30th. The male and female staff were the most miserable service workers Ihave ever met! If you don?t like the job- LEAVE! I know the owner also owns the store down in Walmart-this is far better!Message to the franchisee, please get rid of the staff, in the 50 mins of waiting for my food you lost 5 customers that walkedin and left due to the delay. We ate the Picnik platter for 2-4 people... was just enough for my 6'3" 270lb self and 5'1" 105lb wife. Chose ribs, Cole slaw... and macaroni and cheese. And 2 large drinks. Spent about $35 The ribs were good, not great. Cole slaw was ok and mac n cheeseok. Would I eat here again? Sure if I had a craving for BBQ, if I was just looking for some food? Probably not. Poor quality - dry meats, forgot to pack our side dishes, help seemed to not care - very grumpy. Tried to buy a bottle of sauce... but it all had expired date. Closed on the 10/19 for some reason. Read more
