If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Every time I come here I say I'm never going back. I've given it a few more... tries and it's always terrible. Today we were there for 20 minutes before we even got our drinks. It took over an hour for ourfood. By the time the food got there it was so gross no one touched it. The nachos looked like someone threw up in a bowl. Thesausage was undercooked. Toast was so stale it seemed like it had been sitting for days and had a pound of butter on it. Iliterally had to scrape it off into a pile on my plate there was so much. The bacon was like paper. Eggs were cold and way oversalted. Thoroughly unimpressed. We had a person at our table who had no silverware, we asked for silverware and hot sauce. Wenever got the silverware but by the time the hot sauce came over 10 minutes later we didn't even need it anymore. Food isdisgusting Service is terrible What a waste of time and money. Read more
Waited half hour to be seated due to short staff, I get it, I?m aware the whole world are short staff and jobless/unemployed at... the same time?. After patiently waiting we where sat by a nice waitress clean table, good music ???? but then I received my eggsBenedict order and in fact it was not a poached egg it was a fried over easy eggs, messy over covered with sauce etc, Why???? Maybe to hide the fact that you don?t make them like they aught to be. I?ve been waiting for someone in the Copa area to makeBenedict but its fake news, what a waste of time and money, I?ll just keep driving out of town once in a while for better food.I ended up eating just pancakes and coffee. The nachos were Taco Bell quality and our drinks were both out, no waitress checking on us for refills. My husband had to flag... someone down out of the 4 employees just standing around behind the counter talking. There was only 1 other couple here besidesus in the whole place and still customer service lacked. We confronted our waitress named Nancy on our way out and she accusedus of lying , when we told her she ignored our table when we needed a drink refill. She took care of the other table twiceasking them for refills while we watched her and she ignored us. If she had filled our drinks up, the glasses wouldn?t be emptywhen we left!!!!! She didn?t even give us our check while we waited for a refill that we never got. If one of my employeestalked and treated a customer that way, they would be fired. 2nd time we went, I ordered this off the menu and got this! Read more
We stopped by around 10:00 pm. The serve tried hard to please us but my order was still wrong. The food was ok, my daughter... ordered a chicken sandwich that was brown in the picture but obviously they need to change the grease cause it came to hernearly black. Read more
I went to denny's for lunch. I was told the wait would be only 15 minutes. Instead I waited 30 minutes. I was very disappointed... after the long wait when I got my food it was burnt. The hostess stated that they were backed up with food orders. I couldn'tunderstand. When I arrived it was barely no one there. Then after I arrived, 2 people was being seated and I was the only onewas still waiting to get my carryout order. Then about 2-3 people got seated. . I was just so confused and not pleased withthe service. I requested to see the manager and was told there was no manager on duty. Or a resolution or a refund no one hasthe ability to do that. Especially since I was there before the groups of people.. I was told my food was ready, instead I tookthe food and left very upset. It doesn't end there. when I get to work in Phoenix I noticed that my food was totally burnt andnot looking fresh. I'm disgusted, dissatisfied and never had this type of service or bad food at Denny's ever. Read more
Good food fair prices. However they did raise the cost of the steak to $18. I didn't care to spend that much but rivals the... price of a steakhouse steak. Kinda got lost in the shuffle it was a little busy but not that busy. I would say it's an averageexperience but good food place to relax and eat. Read more
I'm not a big fan of Denny's normally, but this visit was superb. I ordered a cheese burger that ended up being HUGE. It was... almost three meals for me. Best of all it tasted great, even left over. My husband ordered breakfast and he was pleased withhis meal also. Service was spot on. Read more
I have come here numerous time through the year and it?s always been a bad visit. There?s always been horrible customer service... and people standing around talking, with nobody doing their job. There has yet to be a good visit here. But tonight we decidedto give it another chance and I?m so glad we did! We had the best visit with our waiter Anthony, who greeted us and had topnotch customer service through the whole visit. I can?t believe it was only his first week on the job, and he was a pro at this!He was on top of our drinks and food and kept communication with us the whole time. It was an incredible visit. Thank you for agreat visit Anthony and Donna! You guys are both doing an incredible job here! I am looking forward to coming back with myfamily. Read more
