Me and my husband are very very mad, because we went to chipotle and ordered our food, well when I ordered the food I asked for... a little more meat and the lady only gave me 4 pieces of extra meat, so when I got out to the car and told my husband he wasmad. He went back in and asked just for a little bowl of extra meat which would have been like idk maybe $5 and a side of cheesewould of been like $8 for everything, not over $13, we are not impressed at all and frankly probably won?t be going back. I was just about to give up on Chipotle because the last couple times I had went there in The Phoenix Scottsdale area, it seems... like the portions were small, and the last time I ordered online to pick it up they didn't even have record of my paid fororder, and because I ordered it right before leaving work, the receipt was on my work computer that I did not have with me.However, just moved to the city of Maricopa and decided I would try Chipotle out here and I'm so glad I did! Came in personally to order 2-kids meals for my kiddos. They told me the chips were for online orders only for customers who... possibly might odder online. Online orders take priority. I?m literally there in person, paying in person and can?t get chipsfor my kids with their meals because someone might order online who needs them. Customer service has died! I've never actually been inside any other Chipotle but I imagine it can't be much different anywhere else. The staff at this... location is great, and you have to give them some slack on the weekend because they are understaffed to handle the rush butstill manage to do it the best they can. Great food with good service! I was 4th in line to order and was served quick. I ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl and it was made to... order. I observed the cashier making small talk with a young child ahead of me. It brought a smile to the child as well as theparent. The Chicken Rice Bowl was hot, fresh, & tasty! The portion was large and filling. I observed a customer accidentallydropping a glass bottle and shattering all over the floor. An employee ensured that it was cleaned up quickly and made thecustomer feel better about the accident. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a tasty bite to eat with greatservice! This is our second time getting Chipotle delivered through Postmates and this is our second enjoying every bite. The packaging... is great! Everything's neatly packaged, clean, and sealed. Not jumbled up in a plastic grocery bag like I get from some places.Makes me not feel so bad about spending over $10 to have it delivered (crying inside). Food was great! Of course! It's Chipotlewhat do you expect! Total was $44 bucks before tip which is standard for anything nowadays. Last but not least is that factthat those burritos are massive. Super full, time for a siesta! If you want hair included in your food by all means enjoy! We've had nothing but terrible experiences here and this was the last... straw. From wrong orders, to missing items. Chipotle you have to do better- I saw my husband grasping at something in his mouthand at first we both thought it was nothing, then all of a sudden he finally pulls a hair out of his mouth. A LONG HAIR at that.I sent a message via the app and they are going to let management know to use the the proper hair restraints! This is laughableat best - don't bother leaving me a message to contact you. We gave you the opportunity to fix it. We threw the food away and Iwill be contacting my credit card about this. I'm very disappointed with this location. I ordered through Doordash as pick up. Never updated the order prep had to guess... when to go in and still says being prepared wayyy long after pickup. I open my food and yeah just one look and I know I'm notcoming back. Maybe Chipotle changed and are adding less to the bowls or something but this is a first for me. Other locationsI've gotten a full bowl or at least nicely packed bowl. And the gauc??? I had like two spoonfuls in there. Tell me why I paid$2.85 FOR BARELY ANY GAUC. embarrassing. I've never had problems with the amount of gauc or food I've got in my Chipotleorders before this is just disappointing. Read more
