My order took over 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes. They had forgot about my order so we had to reordered and when we did receive... them they were not thick at all. When I took them back the manager and general manager was there and they did refund my moneyand remade my order. They apologized for the staff that was working inside and took care of the situation.
