Ok glad you asked , first the masked person at the door. I could not understand with the soft quite voice . Then the best part... was the marijuana smell . Obviously ruby Tuesday’s doesn’t drug test their employees. Apparently they don’t want to wasteemployees time by keeping the restrooms even somewhat clean. The food well it was ok. But personally I feel management needs tobe held accountable and responsible so , corporate needs to step in , management needs to be questioned, watched , retrained andsuspended. But chances are by the look of this location upper management all allows this type of management or they arecomplicit blind!! The place is very unacceptable management is unaccountable and the men’s room is the worst I have seen in along long time. But this will all come back to hurt everyone by simply loss of revenue. look at my other comments on my otherreviews they are all my opinion and the truth according to me. I didn’t even read any of the other reviews from this location.I can’t wait to see if or how management will respond!! Seriously if the dinning area and the bathrooms are completelydisgusting !!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! We dined here today. Started off being promptly greeted by a sweet hostess (I forgot... her name). She pleasantly took it upon herself to clean a booth for us. Then two young men walked up, and made sure I was beinghelped. They were just so sweet and accommodating, I never write reviews. But I had to get their names, Kendall and Alex. Ourwaitress immediately acknowledged me as she was walking by with drinks for another table. She was efficient, quick, andextremely knowledgeable about the menu. She was SO nice. I work in customer service so I usually can tell when somebody isacting fake. She seemed very genuine. I believe her name was Brittany, very long brown hair and glasses. The food was hot,presentation was 5 stars, my steak was actually cooked a perfect medium-well. I say that because it’s so hard to get a steakcooked that way nowadays. This was such a pleasant dining experience!!! Great team! Read more
After spending a day trying to out run Hurricane Ian, we stopped for dinner at Ruby Tuesdays. In the past we have always gotten... their salad bar and tonight was no different except for the old spinach and broccoli that needed to be tossed. Our booth seatswere cracked with the stuffing erupting outward and the window was full of food and who knows what all. Come on guys you use tobe a good place to eat. This place needs some TLC. The salad bar was fresh and delicious. I missed the packaged crackers though. My entree was grilled salmon, wonderful grilled... zucchini and rice. Read more
It was a late dinner. Kayla was the hostess/waitress/bartender. She was amazing!
Came in specifically to enjoy a ansand alad. When I first saw how disheveled the salad bar was I asked our waiter if it could... be refreshed as most the items were out. I waited about 45 minutes and asked the host again if the salad bar could be freshenedup. After another 20 minutes I asked for my bill to pay for my items and left and the pictures show what they were chargingpeople 13.00 for. No one here gave a hoot about quality Read more
This Ruby Tuesdays is great!! We were passing through town twice within the same week and a server named Shayla had us both... times! She was super friendly and also managing the bar on a Sunday afternoon when several employees had called in! She workedwith a fun and grateful attitude and really made our experience enjoyable. The restrooms and salad bar were clean also. We willreturn again one day! Read more
