Rude employees. Waited 10 minutes at the order counter . The 3 employees I could see did not seem to care to take my order. I... was the only one waiting. So not a problem you do not want my business. I do not know who owns the store but I know you will notbe getting my money. I left your store and went to another that wanted the business. Me and wife go there all the time food always fresh and customer service is great I guess it?s the night shift not professional... at all we pulled up they outside smoking didn?t take our order at the intercom or anything how fast they rushed in and ranned tothe window it?s no way no hands was being washed Read more
I was the only one in the dinning room. Waited a good 10 min before I got my order taken. There was 2 employees and a manager in... the office.. when I did order I ordered 4 price meal and 6 chicken wings Buffalo. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to get myorder.. the employees where very polite and helpful, without leadership. When I got home and took the food out of the bag, thewings were actually tossed in BBQ and not Buffalo. The chicken I got with 4 piece look like it was from lunch, I order at 5pm. Iate the skin but the chicken under it was so dry and and had shriveled up to almost none was there on the bone. The skin wasgood but only because of the 11 herbs and spices. The biscuit was hard as a brick. The only good things were the fries were hotand the wings were hot. They had to cook those when I ordered. This location needs help, and I don't think it was the hourlyemployees it seems to be lack of supervision. I probably will not revisit this location for a while. Read more
Dined in this afternoon for the first time at this location? for being the only customers there you would think the place... would?ve been a little cleaner. The food was much less than impressive presentation and taste-wise. Customer service was ok.What urged me of this 1 star review was the maggot we found on the floor where we were sitting as we were eating. We checked ourfood thoroughly after the sight and left quickly after, all appetite was lost. Time and money wasted. Read more
Not really sure what the deal is at this location. We ordered chicken sandwiches. When we were waiting at the window to receive... our order, apparently there was something wrong with another customer?s order. They were returning inside with their take outbag and having a conversation about their food with an employee at the counter. When we received our food, the buns were cold,not room temperature, but cold. The chicken was supposed to be filets but they used old, dry chicken tenders to make thesandwiches. So, guess what? They were super dry and cold, too. Honestly, the worst sandwich I have had in a very long time,maybe ever. We ordered them because we have gotten them at a different location before and they were awesome. This place justdoesn?t have it together. I wish I would?ve seen the reviews on here before we went! One word?SKETCHY! Actually, there are a lot of words that could be used to describe how horrible this KFC is. They are always... out of everything. I went to the drive through and had a worker come out and tell me that their system had to reboot, that itwould be a while. There is always something going on there. There were absolutely no cars in the parking lot (not sure where theworkers parked). Just sketchy?as if they deal drugs through it or something?horrible KFC.
