Very disappointed with Thanksgiving meal. Advertised as oven roasted turkey, got a slice of turkey roll, watery green bean... casserole, when I asked for the stated cranberry sauce I was told to go get it from the salad bar. The food was great but the service i received from my waitress Charmin was amazing. She never missed a beat. When me or my... husband needed a refill she was there before we could ask. She got out food out in a timely manner and had the best attitude. Wewill be going back to soon. Read more
Chose the soup and salad bar. It was good with nice variety of veggies. I got the chicken pot pie soup, yummy! The waitress... came to check on us several times. Overall a pleasant dining experience. Read more
Service was very slow, steak was overcook but after speaking with Nikki the cook. I got the nastiest attitude ever, so ask for... steak to be redone. Instead of getting the steak cooked correctly it was now undercooked. I just eat it. Here's my issue. Myjob is already a high stress industry. The last thing I need is a stressful dinner. I will return and hope the service and fooddoes change. But I have been to hundreds of country pride restaurants across the country. To say have been to a worserestaurant then this facility would be factually inaccurate. Let's hope corrections are made and my next visit is exceptionallybetter. Around dinner, food taste somewhat okay to me. Water doesn't seem to taste fresh but diluted. ice is also diluted. Service is... slow. Salad bar is good but less variety. I hope they can improve someday. Read more
Great food, friendly staff. The servings were large, the hot food was hot and the cold, cold. Im not easily impressed, but the... food impressed me. The chef salad my wife has was wonderful and my patty melt was perfct! The only reason i didnt give 5 starsis the way the salad bar was maintained. Fresh food dropped right on top of the old food,... not good. Always remove theold. Indusrry standard... As a retired Vet, i was moved by the Fallen Soldiers' table. Well done! Couldnt give 5 stars. ate dinner last night ordered corned beef hash, 2 eggs over medium, and hashbrowns with shredded... cheddar. Was brought everything as ordered except sliced American cheese instead of cheddar. Ordered the same thing forbreakfast...same result. Apparently their cooks think because we're truckers we dont deserve what we order or we wont notice thedifference so they can serve us whatever slop they want. Now I'm not generally one to make a fuss but two meals in a row withthe same problem...no excuse. Eating at the TA in Marianna, FL. The green beans look moldy and the waitress said it's because the cook didn't grill them.... Yeah, I don't think so. Then the cook came out and told her that something is looking off, but he'll make it into beefstroganoff and by the time he adds everything to it, it will cover it up. My suggestion, don't eat the beef stroganoff here. Read more
