07/17. Arrived at 3:35 pm. It took 8 minutes for them to even acknowledge my presence at the front counter. Walked past me at... least three times and after I finally said something they asked to take my order. Did not receive my order (two items- a bacondbl cheeseburger and small fry) until 12 minutes later. There was nobody in the lobby ahead of me and they had plenty of staff. All that time, they were talking about their personal lives, walking around the lobby and behind the counter being very loud.HORRIBLE customer service. They gave me old hard cold onion rings and when I went through the drive thru to ask them nicely if they could please give me... some fresh onion rings the guy working the drive thru gave me attitude then preceded to tell his Co workers that I want newonion rings and they came from the back to give me dirty looks.When I received the replacement onion rings they we're still coldand hard the only reason I didn't go inside to get a refund is because I had my baby in the car so I had to just throw themaway.I don't care if it was only three dollars that's three dollars I worked for.The next time I'm going inside to make surethey get it right or refund my money if they don't want to do their job.I also called corporate to file a complaint. First time here and going to be last, black mold in the drink machine is not ok! Short staffed or not doesn't take much to clean... drink machine each day and mold takes days to grow so yeah, not coming back! Read more
This place is a dump. The parents here would not even let their kids play in the play area. I waited 17 minutes for a whopper... with no tomatoes. I would have provided pictures of the rest room but I was afraid to go in them. Read more
