We went by at 8PM and the lobby was already closed, we needed to have them read out the flavors at the drive-thru. They were out... of a bunch of flavors and some of the toppings. But the ice cream we ended up with was good. Read more

26 trips up here and still no cookies and cream!!! I?ve talk to the manager several times. I?ve called district office. Still... none. Now they seem to be out of all top flavors. What do you do? Just quit going all together. Read more

Great service. The only downside is that they were out of chocolate and strawberry. Otherwise, our ice cream was enjoyable.

Horrible experience! Went on the website to see the menu, then drove 40 minutes in pouring rain to find the store had almost... nothing advertised on the site OR on the in-store menu. Ordered a single scoop of ice cream, a single cream filled donut, and alarge coffee. Total cost was over $10! When I questioned the bill I was told that we had received a double scoop (which we didnot). After a few bites of the donut I returned to the counter with it and told the employee that it had no filling at all. Themanager told me he had fired the baker last night and offered me a replacement filled donut which was awful. My coffee wasbarely hot and tasted bitter and old. This was the second bad time I've had here, but thought I'd give it one more try in casethe first time was just a fluke. It certainly was NOT. Everytime I go they have a reason to not be able to make the cappuccino blast they ran out of the packs to mix it 3 times I went... another 2 time there was no vanilla ice cream. Now this week the machine is broke I don't understand how thats the only drinkthey need to blend that I see listed on the board an theres always a problem. Like all they do is make coffee an make donnuts. Icould understand if there were actually food cooking everyday for them to run out or machine s to broke. An when they do make itI wait forever they make me sit in front of the building at the door a good 15 to 20mins maybe more. Might as well just take allthe baskin-robbins off because they seem like they cant make or have any of there products. Read more

One employee was only interested in helping with drive thru customers. 6 people left while we were waiting. They didn?t have... half of the ice creams listed. They need new management. Read more

The employees do not put the customers first, they seem to be more interested in their phones, then waiting on the people that... have already paid for their order. We are told they will bring it out, well after waiting 20 minutes, I had to go in to get theorder. We believe the problem lies with the upper management, improper training. Too many chiefs not enough Indians, which is noway to run an establishment. If this one is privately owned, they need to make some serious changes. When you can stand there,and watch 4 out of 5 of the employees playing on their phones, and the line is just getting longer and longer, until the peoplesay "Let's go to McDonald's " it's fair to say you have a real problem with these young kids that seem to be the ones trying torun the place. Also, if you try to explain what is wrong with your order, they dont listen, and you are told to wait...again... Read more

Service is very slow and they only have 5 flavors of ice cream right now. ?Due to the virus? they cannot offer samples - this... makes absolutely no sense because it?s not like they double dip. If they cannot offer samples due to it being unsanitary, thenthey shouldn?t be able to serve hand scooped ice cream at all. Read more
