On Monday, February 7, 2022 at 12:49 pm, I placed an ordertogo for 2 Philly Cheesesteaks with the cashier man named Sinclair.... When I asked if the chef can toast the buns, I was embarrassed by the rude American female manager who complained how customerswant things added at the last minute. She talked about me as if I was not there, But I was sitting in the chair waiting for myfood. She complained how customers want to change their order from onion rings instead of fries or how customers want lettuceand tomatoes added. I am a restaurant owner and food truck owner, the first thing is to serve your customers with exceptionalcustomer service. Be kind and respectful and provide them with the options on your menu because Many new customers do not knowabout the menu. Use your marketing skills to inform the customers to add items or upgrade to their order. Today, I wasembarrassed but maybe its because this review was needed to be posted. Great local joint. Classic style cheese steaks, with some of their own creations (like Buffalo chicken and hot Italian). Fries... are cut fresh and the wings are extra crispy. They use real sliced steak too. Perfect spot for a lunch with friends. Read more
