Requested popusas to go asked for bean and cheese the lady from the front counter gave me the wrong item. I took the order back... after realizing but was told it can't be exchanged, although she claimed the lady in the kitchen made the mistake. She wanted meto order again and pay this is the first time a restaurant made a mistake acknowledged it and wanted me to pay for theirmistake, unreal never again for me they won't get another dime first and last time I step in that place I thought I found a niceplace to eat. Alright so the place is not the cleanest, the bathroom is horrifying, there obcenatities written all over the door like you're... in gas station restroom, also the steak was rotten, it smelled rotten and they cooked it and gave it to us anyway, that'sinsane. Besides that the portions are huge and the servers are very nice and sweet, they don't speak much English tho, besidesthe steak being obviously rotten, the rest of the food was delicious. They need to fix that bathroom and not attempt to serverotten meat and then this place would be great. I couldn't trust the rest of my food knowing they purposely served us obviouslyrotten beef. Two stars due to having wonderful potential but unable to eat the rest of our food. Never eating here again. The waitresses have no idea what they are taking about or what they sell. 2 of us ordered churrasco and... one ordered carne asada but the waitress came back and said they were out of churrasco and asked if we wanted carne asadainstead and we said yes. When it was time to pay I noticed they still charged us the price of the churrasco which is moreexpensive. I asked that they correct it and they said no because it was a bigger portion. My husband's carne asada was the samesize as ours. I got tired of arguing and just paid and left. Read more

This restaurant should be reported as they don?t care certainly about their customers I went a few weeks ago for Mother?s Day... with my family and I it was only the five of us and one them one of my kids went to the restroom they have not toilet paper thecheap hand soap was water down and when you question the waitress or the server or she could stay was like well we?ll get to itwhen we feel like it not even having sympathy on the customer that there?s no toilet paper and the water down soap and then theycharge you 18% tip automatically without your consent even for a small table,when I questioned the owner about this all he couldsay is that all the restaurants are doing this that and if you pay with a card they automatically add another 4% charge on topof 18% tip and 7% tax and I am a type of person I go to restaurants all the time and they are the only restaurant in town that Isee that that they do they said I automatically the 18% tip and 4% if you do not pay with cash this is absolutely ridiculousbesides the staff is very rude and they take it take their sweet time to get to you and bringing your food that don?t payattention to instructions. I asked the waitress to bring the juices with no ice, yet she brought them full of ice. I love their beef soup taste fresh . The restroom are not to the standards that a restaurant should be. Needs improvement.... Sometimes they don't have paper towels to dry your hands. The bathrooms need remodeling but The restaurant is a friendly andfamily atmosphere. But it definitely needs spiffing up. They still have Christmas decorations and it's March . Improving theseareas .I will definitely will go more often. Read more
