I'm a loyal customer for 8 years and always order the grilled chicken breast, and is usually a good portion or at least a 1/2... lb. I usually pickup my food but this time I ordered Doordash delivery... I couldn't believe how small a piece of grilledchicken they gave me wasnt but a quarter of their usual amount. Customer service was horrible. I don't usually do reviews but this was horrible. The young lady at the order counter didn't look... up at me at all and continued playing on her phone during the entire encounter. I had to say hello to her 3 time before she evenresponded. After I got her attention (I was right in front of her), I asked if I could place an order and she continued to playon her phone without responding to me. After repeating myself twice I decided that this wasn't going to work. I felt I was notwelcome at all and left. I have eaten here at least 10 times. It's right around the corner from me. This was around 630pm duringnormal hours. Sadly I will not go back, there are plenty other restaurants in south Florida like this that would gladly welcomecustomers. The food tasted OK....but they got my order wrong (yellow rice instead of white rice as stated on Uber eats)...and it was not... cheap. La Granja was known for cheap and delicious food. The Lomo for 3 was $49 plus tax. Just go to a regular restaurant forthat price. Read more
VERY overpriced for poor quality fast food, deplorable customer service in very dingy ambiance. You can go to a very decent... Latin American, Italian, Indian, or Japanese restaurant and get a mid-high quality 3-course meal for $16-20, sometimes evenless. It's beyond me why anyone would spend that on more on low-quality fast food. Read more
