About the second time I went over there. The woman working was not nice and charged me 30 dollars for wanting 8 pieces chicken... tenders and Mac and cheese and two biscuits. She looked me up and down and muttered something in Spanish. I have not been theresince. I.mist say I was very hurt and don't understand why she dies this ever time I go there. I've only been there twice andloved in the area for 12 years and I'm both offended and really upset. I hope to God it wasn't a racial thing because the samething happened to me ay a chick filet that I wanted to try and got the same treatment. I go through life everyday treatingpeople the way I should be treated...which is with respect. It makes me wonder if all those years of being respectful was fornothing. And the worst part is I was extremely nice to her and she couldn't even fake being nice back. It's like she won't outof her way to make me feel not welcome. I will never go there again and reporting to District Management. So sad what thisworl has come to ehen a hard working dude can't even get some chicken tenders without feeling like he's not welcome ????. Read more
Its cool decent customer service
Be ready to spend 40 minutes in the drive thru if there?s 2 cars in front of you. If anything check your order, if it isn?t... drinks it?s good always missing. This fast food isn?t fast and for the price I could?ve fed a family of 3 at chili?s and buy oneget one beers and wasted the same amount of total time. Read more
Tasted like mold/mildew Everything that requires water to cook taste like mold. My 1 and 4 year old ate this before I tasted... mine and they resfused to refund me because "the kids already ate" It was obvious to anyone who tasted it had mold init. Hopefully they don't get sick.. Read more
The original chicken was cold and so over breaded. It was so disgusting I literally tossed it all in the trash.
I visit KFC to buy the 8-piece family I go home to have dinner with my husband we sit at the table to eat and when I serve... myself the cold salad I notice that there is something black when I look it is a cockroach I call the store and They don'tanswer me. I don't even know how to start..9:34pm. One simple order. I had to pull over and wait. RUDE girl green bonnet on her head.. Came... out with someone else food..Then went back inside. We went tonight through the drive thru....I said one moment and after 2 min the attendant over the speaker got impatient and... said something ...We were going to order a family meal and we were deciding on which combo to order, Then I said...hello we areready and of course she took the time to respond and we ordered a 29 dollar meal and when I got to the window I told the guyabout the girl"s attitude and he didn't say anything.
