Cashier tonight 10/23 around 11 am is super rude. She starting answering rude while asking for customer order.when asked nicely... to reheat a sandwich she gave an attitude "dont blame me if it burns". Horrible costumer service, they had us waiting for almost an hour for our drinks to find out that the employee from the previous... shift erase the orders and said that she served it. Maybe there has been a fundamental change in service by I highly disagree with the other reviews. We stopped here for a quick... coffee and some Donuts. Patrice from NY, and I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, was absolutely wonderful. She had a genuinesmile and her level of service was great. She looked beyond the order we placed, helped with the selection, prepared some extracream for us to take with umprompted. I was very pleasantly surprised because chain stores, particularly located along turnpikesand places where there aren't regular daily customers, tend to leave much to be desired from service. Not in this case. Theplace was clean and stocked. These gals were wonderful. I would undoubtedly recommend this location for weary travelers. Read more
This is the closet Dunkin to my house. And I only come at night because I get off work very late. Everytime I come here I?m... greeted lovely by the young lady at the cashier. Who seems to be the only one there that likes her job.
