The service is bad. The drive thru workers have terrible attitudes. It's so simple just be professional. I literally never go... here, I usually only go to Starbucks but switched today because my children wanted a donut. The bad attitude at the window isterrible. Starbucks is more expensive but the reason why we pay and tip them is because of the service! I suggest people avoidthis Dunkin donuts if they don't want to encounter a negative experience. Read more
I go to this dunkin every day. I always order the same thing. Iced tea un sweet large with 6 Splenda. Theese girls always give... me sweet tea with 6 Splenda. I have diabetes.and all that sugar could cause a crises. I had to dispose of the beverage. It isn'tthe first time things like this happen. I will no longer be going to this store. I would of gave a 5 start but i won't because a Saturday ago I was treated like garbage the lady was very rude and nasty and I... left it was by the drive through. The amount of incompetent skills that is here is unreal. I ordered one drink and they still could get it right. The inside... tables were horribly and dirty. They didn't care either, I asked them to clean it and still nothing. Their manager seems wayover her head with this franchise. At this point I believe that they need to hire some more competent people with the requiredskills to be able to run a franchise and keep it running. One of the worst experiences for my new year, staff overall as I entered was slow lackadaisical and just overall didn't seem... interested in helping anyone. Ordered a ice Coffee and sourdough sandwich, after 15 minutes if waiting I said, I have work soeither I get my sandwich or my money back, staff looked at me didn't care, went to speak with a friend or boyfriend that came inthat was not at the cash out counter where I was beckoning for some help, I lastly left, said you guys robbed me since I gotnothing for my money, and overall horrible refection of the service I expect from Dunkin.
