Love Nancy makes you feel like your home

Google says this restaurant is supposed to stay open until 8 pm. Instead, the closing time is 7 pm on weekdays and 6 pm on... Saturdays. I came to the restaurant at 5:45 PM on a Saturday and saw that the door was already locked (even though there was acustomer inside) while there were 2 workers behind the salad bar. I asked them to open the door, and they refused. I keptknocking, and they kept showing me they are closed with annoyed gestures. After some 5 minutes of knocking (both workers werestill inside), I told them through the window that I'll let their management know, and they mocked me with the gesture ofcalling. This is not the first time they close before the stated hours. Several days ago I came by the same location a fewminutes before 7 pm, and the door was locked. The worker sat on the chair by the door smoking and talking on the phone andavoided making eye contact with me. Please take appropriate actions and make sure both these workers are fired as theirattitude reflects negatively on the whole Subway brand and makes loyal customers like me order from competitors. Not my first time here, but probably my last. I went here last on Memorial Day. I wanted to get a quick sandwich on my way to... the beach. Publix was packed of course so to avoid the crowd I went here, knowing I was sacrificing quality for speed. When Iwas helped I ordered a simple 6-inch sub. It was thrown together very quickly as if she was trying to get to the next guest in along line?but I was the only one in line. What kind of sandwich place just squirts a single line of Mayo and a single line ofmustard and doesn?t spread it? Lazy employees who clearly don?t want to be there. Don?t bother with this place. Terrible service from the short lady with the highlights. Completely rude and from the get go, berating me in Spanish, not... knowing I speak Spanish, was shocked and ended up passing us to her coworker because she didn?t want to attend us. Clean store. Tables were clean. Service was great! The two employees working were very nice and greeted us as we walked in. ... Sandwiches were fresh and toppings were fresh. Pricing was a little higher for subs than a Subway away from a touristdestination but not by a crazy amount. One of the best Subways I have been too! Read more
