We just visited This location on August 18. I decided to go in to order two burgers and a coffee, since the lineup for the... drive-through is quite long.There clearly was not enough staff. A young girl Was working the counter and the drive-throughwindow, and really hustling. We waited for over 40 minutes!!! Why would a manager not step in or Or add extra staff on theshift? Visited this establishment today in Marathon Ontario a Saturday afternoon kids are running the place had to ask them who was... packing up orders as two were on the tills taking orders while they were piling up in the shelves to be packaged up once Iasked, then girl on the till started packaging up orders our meal was cold I also had to ask the same person who?s also packingup the food to wash your hands before they handle my food I was told by her that they?re not required to wash their hands whenit?s busy I made a fuss and told the truth and said yes you are required to wash your hands before you handle peoples food sheactually tried to argue about it anyway long story short expensive meal was cold and the integrity of the cleanliness is still aquestion I can?t believe an employee would be told not to wash their hands between handling the till functions and your foodalso she was looking in the burger packages to see if people got the right stuff on their burgers like really you?re handlingtheir food! Fast and friendly service for fresh (and fantastic hash browns) food. Clean washrooms too.
No bathrooms available and the chicken was either old or very over cooked. Absolutely won?t eat there again.
Clean, friendly location of this fast food franchise. They have a great community spirit and decorate the restaurant for most... holidays. One star off for constantly changing staff, though. Read more
