The store was recently remodeled and everything is brand new. However, as a local, I have had several back-to-back issues with... every order that I have placed. No matter what I order on their touch screen, I never get what I order. There is not one singletime that I've been to that location that I have gotten what I actually ordered. I asked for a refund and even the managerwasn't even trained enough to figure out the register to give me a proper refund so I only got half my money back. Their staffis obviously completely untrained and I'm sure I'm not the only one that notices that every time I go in there they are allpreoccupied on their cell phones. Simply the worst Dunkin' donuts in existence. Workers turning on extremely slow paced so you would never come back.

I must say both times I went in it was a pleasant visit. The worker was so nice. Kind of upset I didn?t get her name. It?s... always a pleasure when you can walk in a place and feel good ordering these days. No pics or list of donuts...? Can't even walk in to see them. Never felt so weird. Dozens of sandwiches but no ad for... donuts....should change their name. They did have fritters for a small fortune. Staff was friendly ! Read more

Been here 3 days in a row on our vacation. Just trying to order iced coffee with a little bit of cream and they can never get it... right. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and they are rude at the counter. Witnessed them being nasty to othercustomers as well as snippy with me for not ?ordering it right? at the kiosk. No other Dunkin? has ever had a problem with myeasy order. This place is wild. Read more

Not sure if they were having a bad day. Ordered $35 worth of food and the kiosk locked up during payment. Then had to remember... what was ordered to tell them the reorder. That's when the rest of the 45 minute wait started. A customer complained about thewait and that triggered the employees bickering. One employee had his pants pulled down to show his availability I guess. Notpleasant to look at while he's prepping food. Sincerely, Not Yours Read more

I went through the drive thru yesterday and this one girl had the best customer service skills ever. The line was long and she... took it upon herself to step outside to take orders. She was very friendly and explained the long wait in a very mannered way. Read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts experience ever. The order takes obviously wasn't listening, and frequently interrupted to ask you what you... just ordered. It took 20 minutes from order to getting the food. Our total was $15.36, and I gave the lady a $20; she handed meback $4, so I asked about the $.64 she still owed me, and she said, "Oh, we ain't got no change." Seriously? I guess they'recreating their own tip system, whether they earned it or not. And "NOT" is definitely the answer. Read more
