Horrific and the most appalling experience I have ever had in my life! Gisela Salazar is in the wrong position as a restaurant... manager and needs to be removed from the Ritz Carlton name and she does not represent the brand at all. She was not helpful inresolving our issue and because of her ego had us escorted off the property when we were not causing any trouble and actuallyhaving a pleasant time with the bartenders and servers. Great bat to go to at the Ritz Carlton at Dove mountain. Views and atmosphere is amazing. They do a mixology at 4pm everyday to... learn how to make a new drink. Stephanie was amazing! We had a fantastic dinner at Ignite. The service was great and waiter was very accomodating. I enjoyed the watermelon salad as a... side salad and the tostada because I was not in the mood for meat, otherwise I would have ordered the Buffalo tacos. We sharedthe churro with spicy chocolate and there was not a crumb left. The Tempernillo was a great light red with a warm finish. Ihighly recommend dining here. Read more

Never expected to go to Tucson for great sushi but the Rainbow Roll and the Dove Mountain Roll were amazing! High quality fish... coupled with fun outdoor ambience (with fire pits) made for a fun honeymoon dinner :) Read more
