*GET YOUR DRINK* This location tries to save a dollar by not giving you your drink if you order a combo unless you specifically... ask. The receipt even says ?coke? on it every time, so no they don?t just forget. If you bring it up at the window they willpretend they ?just forgot?. They also get my order wrong 50% of the time. We live right by this location but specifically driveto the Ina one for better accuracy and a dang drink. Read more
I don't know why but this location won't put condiments on the sides of meals. They will also enter incorrect meal numbers and... have tried to not give the tortillas or the drink included with the meal. I don't know why this location continues to have theseproblems but at this point it's just an expectation that if we go there we have to check everything every time. And when youbring the food in that's incorrect they will argue with you, even when you have a receipt in hand that is for the correct items.I go back every so often hoping they will have figured things out but they haven't and it's a shame. I hope they can figure outthese issues some day and run as well as the other restaurant locations. Read more
I?m seriously warning you, DO NOT GO HERE!! Seriously F@&k this location big time! By far the WORST food I?ve ever had! Nothing... was cooked all the way and was a disgusting, cold and soggy mess that had grease dripping from the food and there was so muchthat it actually soaked through the styrofoam! My shredded beef tacos were so uncooked that the ?shell? was still nothing morethan a corn tortilla soaked in grease. We had to go back for the churros and were still given the wrong ones and to top it off,there was lettuce floating in our horchatas. Really disappointing experience with staff. I ordered ?online? 3 orders of the ?3 rolled tacos w/cheese and a bean and cheese... burrito fried? Only one order of rolled tacos was in the bag. I explained to the woman at the counter that I was missing twoorders of the rolled tacos. She preceded to argue that I only ordered one order of three rolled tacos. My total was $23 for aburrito and three rolled tacos. I tried to explain that was pretty expensive, so she preceded to ring it up on her cash registerso as to prove to me that the total was correct and she came up with $25 for 3 orders of 3 rolled tacos and a chimi bean andcheese burrito. I thought that she would see her error but she instead insisted that I was mistaken somehow. Sadly I will not beback. This is my wife?s favorite Mexican takeout but you will not see me back again. The food is extremely overpriced for what you get in quality. Ordered a burrito came out to 8 + plus tax and it was just a bean... and cheese. The cheese wasn?t melted AT ALL and the beans were slimy and unpleasant. The only redeeming qualities of thisrestaurant is the sauce options and how tasty each one is. I would buy there sauce just to keep. But the food is not worth it attheir price point. Read more
