We've enjoyed better meals at Dove M in the past rather than last night. We ordered takeout and the order was fulfilled... properly. Egg drop soup excellent, as usual, and eggrolls and crab puffs were good, as usual. Unfortunately, the meal wentdownhill from there. One of us ordered the hot-and-sour soup and it was topped with an oily layer. The sesame chicken had verylittle sauce and the Szechwan chicken was another oily dish that was also way more spicy than usual. It was the end of theservice day and the rice was in poor condition as well. We really hate to throw out food but we just couldn't get past thegrease-laden meal. Read more

This place is terrific and a very nice Plaza in Oro Valley and very clean inside with friendly staff. Our food was very good but... I didn't feel I had enough Chinese vegetables on my platter so I ordered a vegetable medley with brown gravy to add to ourorder. Very tasty! Read more

Liars, liars ,liars! Will never come back, they advertise one thing on the website and change it when you go to pick up. The... website DOES NOT mention a per person price for family dinners!! You are responsible for the menu and wording on your website. Ipoint this out to them and they deny what it says as I'm showing them their own website! Terrible ownership. I own a restaurantand would honor my mistakes, but this place won't. They don't deserve business when they act this way. Reply to the nastyowners: Of course you don't answer the issue of your website. I never asked for free food (I never took food so how can it befree), I pointed out a glaring problem with your website and you attack the customer. This is why you don't deserve business, you don't bother to see what the real problem was. As a business owner I would never treat my customers this way, I would talkto them. You fail at all aspects of customer service, especially how to respond online. Look at your in-store menu compared toonline, it's not the same. It's your duty to fix it, supposed owner!! Read more

Service seems good, friendly. Main dishes are decent but the fried rice is a joke. It was literally normal white rice with soy... sauce mixed in :( Read more

Very very good, wife and I have eaten there twice. Food was great, price was actually affordable. Seems to be a business that... is equipped well. Staff does have some language challenges. They are nice and very welcoming, you just must be clear andconcise. They could use a good host to smooth things in that area. Food is excellent. Was shocked that wife and I were onlyone of a few couples there both times. Could use better marketing I'd wager. Location kind of puts it out of sight. Read more

Great Chinese restaurant for the neighborhood. Staff is very friendly, and very attentive, drinks never got low, our food came... out fast and hot. Flavors we're amazing, we had the KP chicken and a Mongolian beef dish, hot & sour soup was so good, I'm veryparticular about the soups the H&S soup I typically only order it at another chain restaurant but this is my new favorite placefor the hot and sour soup, hands down my favorite, on rainy days I can take down a whole gallon of it. Their BBQ fried rice wasalso great, it was a combination fried rice, with bbq, chicken and shrimp. Very clean, portions are great and very affordablepricing. Read more

They've recently raised prices due to growing food costs. The food is tasty. They give you a bunch of food for the lunch... special... rice, entree, soup, crab angel, egg roll and some sweet and sour sauce. Very nice employees! Read more
