I asked for onion rings and barbecue sauce on 2 double cheeseburgers. I was charged extra as expected. They put just raw... onion. Has happened a few times. Found out their system doesn't show the cooks the whole line for the add-on so they only seeonion. It's a system issue that management needs to fix. Went in for a new Big Carl burger. Very clean establishment and also was busy at its drive thru section. Small acceptable wait... and served with a smile. After getting our beverages sat down to wait for meal and it arrived almost at the same time. Tacosalad for my wife and my big Carl combo. Fries and burger were both hot and taco salad fresh and full. Big Carl burger asadvertised, beefy, and full of flavor.
