So good! Had the shoots, avocado toast, smoothie.. so fresh and so clean clean????

Came here 2 weeks ago with my mom and sister and we were not greeted or acknowledged upon entering despite there being no other... customers. The individual who took my order didn?t answer my questions about the ingredients, but rather gave me a condescendinglook and it made me feel pretty uncomfortable. None of the other employees were interacting with each other which gave a rathernegative vibe all around, not sure where management was. The chai tea latte was gritty, I would recommend straining the spicesout before serving. The smoothie was just ok, I asked to add in almond butter but that?s all we could taste in the drink. Giving3 stars because the menu is quite extensive and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Overall, I think employees need moreextensive customer service training. Would love to see this place thrive because maplewood deserves a quality juice bar! Read more

Haven't had my smoothies yet. But I placed my order. They made multiple samples and other people's smoothies. 15 minutes later... still no smoothie. Asked if they'll be ready soon, another 5 minutes. I was craving a smoothie and stumbled across this spot. I liked that they had vegan options so I was all in. When I arrived I... parked right across the street with no issues. I walked in and was able to order right away with a nice batista. I ordered thedouble protein and it seems like they only have a regular size and kid size. It came to $8.99. It took a bit because they ranout of cashew milk so they substituted it with oatmilk. I waited about 10 minutes or so, grabbed my drink and left. When I gotto the car I tried it, it was more liquidity than thick like a smoothie and it tasted ok, not bad. All in all I had an okexperience. Read more

I?ve now been to every green point juicers location and can confidently say the food has been consistent throughout. Extremely... refreshing and great prices, and this location has awesome interior design on the walls. Unfortunately this location lacked inthe service element, as food was produced slow in comparison to other locations with even larger foot traffic. Being the onlyones in the store, we waited 30-40min to finally receive everything we ordered. The employee was distracted by another talkativegentleman (possibly an employee of the indoor golf portion of the store or maybe an employee friend?) and the GP employee didnot make our order until I asked if it was almost done (it was never started). Half of our order was forgotten and we were leftunattended. If the store was busier I?d understand a mixup, but this was not the case. Hopefully this location can work on itscustomer service and professionalism, as this time it felt like more of an employee hangout than a juice shop. Read more
