Okay i would like to start off by saying the wait time wasn?t so bad .But what I would say is that the people running the front... end is very standoffish and has no patience what so ever . The food was very nasty, the lobster tail wasn?t seasoned at all,only thing they did was pour some butter on it and place it in the to-go container. The mash potatoes was very dry didn?t tasteseasoned at all. The shrimps was well cooked & seasoned. The salmon & crab meat egg rolls was also dry I had no sauce for them.Over all the food presentation was horrible. Please stop the false advertisement. The juice was the best thing I had??????????? Second time ordering . I ordered along time ago and it was good. Wasn?t to fond of the rice though. However , this time I was... scared because I placed an order for the Rasta bae and when my order was taking too long (through Uber eats) I started readingreviews . When I called gentleman was nice and stated order was ready just my driver hadn?t arrived , then i got an update thatdriver was on way through the app. When my order arrived OMG. It looked so good. I follow crabbae on Instagram and their food posts looks so good. Finally i had the chance to try it. It was pretty busy with... foot traffic in and out the establishment. Placed my order about 1245 and received it at 230. They had many online orders so Iknew I would have to wait. Which wasn't a problem. I ordered the loaded crab fries w/ shrimp and rasta pasta w/ shrimp, and thehoney jerk wings. The loaded fries had so much sauce you couldn't even see the fries or the crabmeat. And it was cold, justthrown all together. The rasta pasta sauce was watery. Too watery. The wings was OK. I was so disappointed, because I couldn'twait to try their food. I had to throw the loaded fries away. 20.00 down the drain. I took the shrimp and some crabmeat off andsaved it for the rasta pasta. I had to revamp the rasta pasta and make a thicker sauce. Flavor was there, but the outcome of themeal wasn't. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Because, like I said they were overwhelmed with orders. But to me it's no excuse.If I'm going to be patient enough to wait that long for my food. When I receive it, it should be on point. Not trying to turnanyone off from patronizing this establishment. First time and my last time. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I placed my at 6:15p online and it said maximum... time 100min for pickup. I arrived around 8pm and my order was not ready. The cashier stated it was coming up and could takepayment now. He said someone would call when your order is ready. I paid with credit card. After 30 min later, no phone calland they close at 9pm. At 8:40pm, I went to the store and asked about my order. The cashier goes check and comes back to listeverything they don't have for my order. So I requested my money back. After my request, the cashier yells hold off on makingthat order which I was told was coming up 45 minutes earlier. Then he hands me my refund in cash without the change. I askedwhere was the change. He said we don't have any. I said that's not my problem especially when I paid with a credit card. After3 hours of placing an order of 2 entrees, I got no food, beyond poor customer service, attitude and the business tried to cheatme out of money. This place was actually recommended to me and I don't know why but I will ensure anyone I know knows aboutthe poor businesses practices of this establishment. It only took a phone call to say we are unable to complete before thepickup time or when I arrived, not take customers money and expect to them take what's left. If you don't know how to giverefunds, then you should learn. You shouldn't lie to your customers or try to cheat. Read more

Excellent Food and Great Customer Service, Crabbae is a gem in Maplewood! Order the broiled lobster and honey garlic wings omg... it was so good. My mom was so glad I decided to order here, this was definitely a highlight of her trip to Jersey. First timeordering but won't be my last! Read more
