Absolutely love this location! All the workers are so sweet and kind! I?m so happy this location opened up near me. I honestly... think all the ViVi Bubble Tea are pretty great but the customer service at this particular location is exceptional. They reallytreat me like family here and it makes me want to come back every day <3. I appreciate all of y?all and you make my visitationspriceless. Their drinks are really good as well as their friendly service. We really love this place as we found it walking at Maplewood... Mall. One of our favorite places in town. My wife is always craving for the Jasmine Green Tea With boba. Its our all timefavorite. Really highly recommend it. Read more
My absolute favorite place to get bubble tea! This has the cutest aesthetic out of all shops that I've been to. The drink... selection is also incredible. As an indecisive person, I LOVE their Top 10 menu. They also have other drinks for those thataren't feeling bubble tea. Read more

Phenomenal service 10/10! One thing that was best for this was there top signature fruitbubble tea and their galaxy bubble tea.... The first sip you take of the signiture fruit bubble tea is a taste of a sharp small bitter taste with a fruity explosion thatresonates your taste buds. While the galaxy bubble tea is jam packed with a blueberry flavor that makes you feel warm and cozybut, they had ice within the tea which helped cool your taste buds 9/10 I would highly recommend! Teas are great. But I seen to get the same girl every time... Getting her attention is almost impossible because she's on her... phone. Order my tea she gets a cup out and starts going thru her phone some more.... What kind of customer service is this? Read more
