I visit this location from time to time and overall nine times out of 10 they're awesome they've never messed up on my food... which is very very nice and the majority of their employees are very courteous and helpful and friendly overall I would say it'sone of the best Taco bells in the area that I've visited Read more

Place is clean. Bathrooms are clean. It does take a few minutes for someone to take your order when ordering inside. Food comes... out pretty fast Read more

They have really fast service there. I just wish there was more lettuce and tomato put on the tacos. And same with Chulupas.

This is the best Taco Bell in the Twin Cities. Hands down. Staff is always incredibly fast and friendly and when it comes to... overall taste/quality of the food, these cats don't mess around. Absolute 10/10, two thumbs up, five stars. Read more

Ordered 1 taco stood in front of the register for 5mins while nobody else was ordering and the drive thru was empty. Eventually... an employee came to the register and I told him I still needed to pay, he just walks away and goes back to cleaning. When theplace is dead people shouldn't have to wait to pay and get 1 single taco. I noticed one kid making someone's food and as he'stransferring from the small toaster oven to the grill, food is all spilling out of the taco. People aren't even getting whatthey pay for here. Edit: I've since been back to this location and they have improved this problem by using portion scoops now. I'm adding two... stars because they really are a nice crew and they did fix the problem described below very quickly. I'll reserve the fifthstar after a few more runs over the next couple of months. Friendly crew and all that but I'm tired of getting robbed in myorder. These are pictures of an expensive CrunchWrap with Steak upgrade, Red sauce added and extra cheese, all of which werechargeable upgrades. That bottom layer was just a tiny dollop of rice; I didn't see ANY meat. No extra cheese, no red sauceand the thing was gaping open in the bag despite not having much ingredients. This is not the first time this has happened;they do this every time! I've tried to ask them politely about why this happens and if there's any other way to order this sothat it comes out WITH MEAT but they have no clue how I can request a well made CrunchWrap without the cook getting offended andspitting in my food (I added that last part because, you know). This isn't just a drive through speed thing either. We orderedfor pickup at a specific time today and it was still paper thin. I used to live in New Hope and the same order there will comeout amazing; perfect and packed full. I know it can be done.
