I like the pretzels but I feel like they are still doughy. Plus I wish they would add more parmesan or whatever. But one of the... employees who worked on 6/23/2021 during the evening was incredibly disrespectful and not professional. They were recording meand when I looked they stopped. I really like their pretzel dog bites. They are always good on a cloudy afternoon.

I waited 30 mins to get my food ready and when it got ready I was picking it up from the cashier and the food dropped , he said... I had to pay for it again . To my surprise I asked to speak to the manager and he said sorry there?s nothing I can do about it .Extremely poor customer service .I spent $54 and left with nothing ! I love this place, it?s worth the 25 min drive just to get pretzels... which I do make just for pretzels often.
